A core needle biopsy misdiagnosed PASH in 13 cases out of 28 cases and vacuum-assisted biopsy correctly identified PASH in all 3 cases.

4细胞性纤维腺瘤和囊肉瘤：PASH缺乏真正的间叶细胞过生长的现象，其细胞缺乏多形性，无核分裂象，也没有纤维腺瘤或囊肉瘤的上皮成分的生长类型。

The nuclei were of low to intermediate nuclear grade with minimal nuclear pleomorphism. Thirteen of 17 cases (76%) were associated with conventional high-grade invasive urothelial carcinoma and 9 cases showed very focal intracytoplasmic vacuoles mimicking signet ring cells.

Results With the expression in normal salivary gland as a standard, low C-erbB-2 mRNA expression was seen in adenolymphoma, basal cell adenoma. However, various degrees of over-expression of C-erbB-2 oncogene mRNA were detected in pleomorphic adenoma, mucoepidermoid carcinoma,acinic cell carcinoma ,adenoid cystic carcinoma ,papillary cystic carcinoma,and myoethelial cell carcinoma.

结果 正常涎腺和涎腺肿瘤中发现不同程度C-erbB-2mRNA的表达，以正常涎腺组织的表达水平为基准，在腺淋巴瘤、基底细胞腺瘤呈现低表达、无表达或与正常涎腺组织表达水平相似，多形性腺瘤、粘液表皮样癌、腺泡细胞癌、腺样囊性癌、乳头状囊腺癌和肌上皮癌则呈现不同程度的过表达。

Results A 18 year old patient presented with 2 month's history of ambiopia. Computed tomography scan showed a round focus with high intensity and contrast enhancement in the cerebellar vermis.

结果 患者 18岁，以复视 2个月就诊，CT显示小脑蚓部有圆形高密度影，组织学检查显示瘤细胞具有多形性，可见黄色瘤样细胞、多核或单核的巨细胞、Rothensal纤维和嗜酸性透明小滴。

Results: MRI features of primary malignant lymphoma were as follows:① single or multiple lesions, mostly in supratentorial region;② round or irregular in shape, hypointense on T1WI, hypointense or isointense on T2WI with homogenous signal;③ mild edema around the lesion with mild space occupying effect;④ remarkab1e enhancement of the lesion;⑤ involvement of leptomeninges and/or dissemination via ventricular ependyma;⑥ sensitive to chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Size and shape changed remarkedly after treatment.

结果：脑内淋巴瘤MRI表现为：①种瘤单发或多发，以幕上分布为主；②形态圆形或不规则形，T1WI呈低信号，T2WI以高信号为主，信号不均匀；③瘤周水肿及占位效应较轻；④增强扫描肿瘤明显不均匀强化；⑤可侵及软脑膜、室管膜并沿之播散；⑥肿瘤对放疗和化疗敏感；形态、大小变化明显。

Under electron microscope, tumor cell emerged karyopyknosis, new-moon shaped or circular, nucleus membrane was clesr, endoplasmic reticulum was dilated, and mitochondrion was swollen. A lot of apoptosis cells emerged in the tumor foci under light microscope.

光镜下显示肿瘤灶中出现许多凋亡细胞；肿瘤组织电镜观察，瘤细胞核染色质浓集成块，在核膜内呈新月形或环形排列，核膜清楚，瘤细胞内质网扩张，线粒体肿胀。

The features of ultrasound image of adrenal cortex carcinoma were 1The tumor was big,mainly isoechogenic,more than 8.2cm in diameter;2The tumor shape was varied,irreqular or multilobar;3Color Doppler showed plenty blood supply of the tumor and its surroundings and 4Tumor necrosis frequently seen.
