Objective:To analyze the MR findings of neurogenic tumors in spinal canal and compare with meningioma.

目的 ：通过高场强MR对椎管内神经源性肿瘤的表现特征进行分析，并与脊膜瘤的MR表现进行对比研究，以期总结本病的MR表现特征及与脊膜瘤鉴别诊断要点。

Objective To study the morphology change in apoptosis effect of methylmercuric chloride on brain neuroglioma.

目的 在建立裸鼠皮下U251胶质瘤模型基础上，通过体内实验及相关形态学研究，分析氯化甲基汞的抗脑胶质瘤作用。

Methods The rat models of neuroglioma were established,and divided into two groups. The rats in experimental group were lavaged with MMC 1 week after injected with C6 glioma cells, 10 mg.kg-1every day,the rats in control group were treated with sodium chloride at the same dose.

制备大鼠脑胶质瘤动物模型，将造模成功的大鼠随机分为对照组和实验组，实验组大鼠注射C6脑胶质瘤细胞1周后，每天灌胃给予10 mg.kg-1MMC，连续5 d；对照组给予相同体积的生理盐水。

Objective To study the anti-neuroglioma effect of methyl-mercuric chloride by observing the morphological changes of apoptotic neuroglioma cells induced with MMC in rats with brain neuroglioma.

目的：通过观察氯化甲基汞诱导大鼠脑胶质瘤细胞凋亡的形态学改变，探讨MMC的抗脑胶质瘤作用。

Methods Experimental group were lavaged with MMC for 5 d and 10 mg/kg BW per day after the conduction of the athymic rat model of neuroglioma, control group was given with sodium chloride at the same dose.

制备裸鼠皮下U251胶质瘤模型，随机分为对照组和实验组，实验组裸鼠注射U251脑胶质瘤细胞1 w后，每天灌胃给予10 mg/kg体重MMC，连续5 d，对照组给予相同体积的生理盐水。

In order to discover acid-tolerant Rhizobium meliloti that can nodulate alfalfa high-effectively on acidic soil, researches were explored to isolate rhizobia from alfalfa nodules on acidic soil (pH5.2), methods based on the thesis of adaptive acid-tolerance response of the Rhizobia were adopted, six strains were isolated, which could grow on solid medium with pH4.8 steadily. In addition, the nodulation characteristics, growth curves and mean generation time under different acidity of the strains were examined.

为获得能够使紫花苜蓿在酸性土壤中高效结瘤的耐酸根瘤菌，该研究从酸性土（pH5.2）上生长的紫花苜蓿根瘤中分离到若干菌株，利用根瘤菌对酸的适应性耐受反应筛选到六株能够在pH4.8的固体培养基上稳定生长的菌株，并检测了这六株菌的结瘤特征、不同酸度下的生长曲线和平均代时。

Sinorhizobium fredii 042BS was isolated from root nodules of alfalfa from Xinjiang Region. Nodulation experiments showed that both soybean and alfalfa were nodulated by 042BS effectively.

费氏中华根瘤菌042BS分离自新疆的苜蓿根瘤，交叉结瘤试验发现它既可以在苜蓿上又能在大豆上结瘤固氮。16S rDNA PCR-RFLP分析表明，042BS与费氏中华根瘤菌模式菌株USDA205的4种限制性酶切图谱完全一致。

Based on these results and inferred to related reports from other labratories, it was possible to make some analyses and conclusions or inferrences:(1) CD〓AK with tumoricidal activity were induced and expanded in number througth costimulation of PBMC with anti-CD〓 McAb . and r IL-2 ;(2) CD〓AK induced and expanded in such manner did exibit more potent proliferation·ability and cytotoxicity which maintained for lonser time than those of LAK cells, thus CD〓AK was a new variety of antitumor effector cells worth to be explored;(3) CD〓AK could mediate MHC nonrestricted cytotoxicity and kill tumor target cells through inducing necrosis and apoptosis;(4) Normal mature lymphocytes of PBMC could be induced to proliferate and /or to die from apoptosis when they were costimulated by anti-CD〓McAb and rIL-2. Both proliferation and apoptosis were existing in the same cultivation system sugsesting that the presence of rIL- 2 might provide some accessary signals for apoptosis.

以这些结果为基础并参考其它有关文献可能做出如下分析与结论或推论：(1)用抗CD〓单抗和rIL-2共刺激外周血单个核细胞能诱生扩增出具有杀瘤活性的CD〓AK细胞，(2)与LAK相比，用这种方法诱生扩增的CD〓AK增殖能力强、细胞毒活性强而且维持时间长；CD〓AK是一类值得开发的抗瘤效应细胞；(3)CD〓AK能够介导MHC非限制性细胞毒活性，可以通过诱导靶细胞坏死和/或凋亡杀伤肿瘤细胞；(4)正常外周血单个核细胞中的成熟淋巴细胞在受到抗CD〓单抗和rIL-2共同刺激后既可诱导增殖也可诱导凋亡，两者并存于同一体系，推测rIL-2的存在可能为细胞凋亡提供一些辅助信号。

Imaging research in nude mice bearing human breast cancer exhibited that radioactivity has been accumulated in tumor site, While only slightly visualized or nonvisualized in the control group of mice.(4) Compared with the negative control group, the 〓I-EGF trial groups remarkably suppressed the growth of tumor.
