Leakage of lymph can occur as a result of traumatic or surgical injury to this system and can cause the formation of a lymphocele, which is defined as an accumulation of lymph surrounded by pseudomembranes as a result.

对这个系统的外伤性或是手术性的损伤都会造成淋巴漏，以致于形成淋巴管瘤。淋巴管瘤的定义即为有假膜包裹的淋巴聚集。

Traumatic or surgical injuries to this system can cause leakage of lymph and result in the formation of a lymphocele, which is defined as an accumulation of lymph surrounded by pseudomembranes (layers of tissue with a reaction of the surrounding tissue).10 Lymph drainage above the cisterna chyli is rich in chylomicrons and has a creamy white appearance because of the contribution of the gastrointestinal lymphatics.14 Below the cisterna chyli, however, lymph is serous in nature and has a clear yellow color and a significantly lower triglyceride content.

In the literature, the incidence of a retroperitoneal lymphocele following surgery is 0.6 to 18% in renal transplantation,3,4,12 20 to 30% in radical surgery with lymphadenectomy for gynecological cancers,2,6,17 and 0.8 to 11% in urological procedures.9,15 There have been several reports on the formation of chylothorax or chyloascites following thoracic or upper lumbar spinal surgery because of injuries to the thoracic duct or cisterna chyli.1,8,16,1821 However, cases of retroperitoneal lymphoceles are extremely rare in lower lumbar spinal surgery.

Treatment options for symptomatic lymphoceles include percutaneous drainage, percutaneous aspiration combined with the installation of a sclerosing agent (bleomycin, doxycycline, povidone iodine, alcohol, or talc),13,15,17 or surgical drainage via open or laparoscopic surgery.1214 Open surgical internal marsupialization of a lymphocele has long been the historical gold standard therapy.

MR may obviously demonstrate the entire image if hepatobiliary cystadenoma, the mural nodus form and corpora mammillaria solid lesions suggest canceration. Conventional MR sequences combine with dynamic enhancement and MRCP possese fairly diagnostic value to hepatobiliaty cystadenoma.

MR能明确显示肝内胆管囊腺瘤的整体影像的特征性表现，若囊壁上有结节或乳头状肿块提示局部有癌变，MR常规扫描结合动态增强及MRCP成像对肝内胆管囊腺瘤具有很高的诊断价值。
