第二部分反义Snail对裸鼠卵巢癌原位移植瘤转移的影响目的：观察转染反义Snail质粒的卵巢癌细胞在裸鼠原位移植瘤模型中生长及转移的情况，检测转移组织中Snail、E-钙粘蛋白、及基质金属蛋白酶的表达和分布。

Neoplastic cells are hepatoid with large vesicular nuclei, prominent nucleoli, and plump polygonal eosinophilic cytoplasm.

而相对少见的良性肿瘤包括肝脏腺瘤、血管瘤和平滑肌脂肪瘤，当然转移性的肿瘤也比较多见。

Hepatoid variant of yolk sac tumor: Usually seen under 25 year old woman. You shoud search other areas to see if there is classic reticular pattern of YST. IHC can include AFP.

肝样卵黄囊瘤：经常发生于25岁以下的女性中，观察其他区域是否具有卵黄囊瘤典型的网状结构，免疫组化包括AFP。

Results indicated that suppression of malignancy was observed in the hybrid cells, they became differentiated morphologically and functionally by:(1) changes in histochemical staining, nucleus-cytoplasm in ratio, and increase in cell size and nucleal heterochromation, but decrese in cell surface microvilli and number of nucleoli;(2) decrease of growth rate, mitotic index and DNA synthesis rate;(3) loss of the ability to growth in soft agar medium, and non-tumorigenic under heterotransplantation to nude mice;(4) reduction of chromosome number mainly of rat derivative and decrease in chromosomal aberration rate.

实验结果表明：（1）杂交细胞出现瘤细胞与网织红细胞杂交同样的表型逆转及去恶性化特征，主要表现在细胞体积增大、核质比例减小；DNA合同速率降低、分裂指数下降，细胞生长显著减慢；在软琼脂中不形成集落，在裸鼠体内失去了长瘤能力。

We evaluated 350 tumors: 136 ES, including 64 conventional ES, 64 proximal-type ES, and 8 with hybrid features of conventional and proximal-type ES; 54 metastatic carcinomas (22 from lung, 6 breast, 6 stomach, 5 colorectum, 5 kidney, 5 prostate, 5 pancreas); 12 metastatic testicular embryonal carcinomas; 20 metastatic melanomas; 20 epithelioid mesotheliomas; 20 epithelioid angiosarcomas; 10 epithelioid hemangioendotheliomas; 24 epithelioid malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors; 22 myoepithelial carcinomas of soft tissue; 7 anaplastic large cell lymphomas; 5 histiocytic sarcomas; and 10 control MRT of infancy (4 brain, 3 liver, 2 soft tissue, 1 kidney).

我们总共研究了350例肿瘤：136例ES，其中包括64例寻常型ES、64例近端型ES和8例混有前两型特征的混合型ES；54例转移癌（22例来自肺、6例来自乳腺、6例来自胃、5例来自结直肠、5例来着肾、5例来着前列腺、5例来着胰腺）；12例转移性睾丸胚胎性癌；20例转移性黑色素瘤；20例上皮样间皮瘤；20例上皮样血管肉瘤；10例上皮样血管内皮瘤；24例上皮样恶性外周神经鞘膜瘤；22例软组织的肌上皮癌；7例间变性大细胞淋巴瘤；5例组织细胞肉瘤；10例作为对照的婴幼儿MRT（4例位于脑、3例位于肝、2例位于软组织、1例位于肾）。

We conclude that (1) S100A1 is a specific and sensitive immunohistochemical marker to differentiate nephrogenic adenoma from prostatic adenocarcinoma;(2) AMACR immunostaining does not seem to be a useful marker in distinguishing between these 2 lesions;(3) given that both S100A1 and AMACR have been reported to be expressed in renal tubular cells and in a subset of renal cell neoplasms, our findings confirm the histogenetic relationship between nephrogenic adenoma and renal tubular epithelium.

我们总结认为：（1）鉴别肾源性腺瘤和前列腺腺癌，S100A1既特异又敏感；（2）AMACR免疫染色鉴别这两种病变，效用不佳；（3）文献报道S100A1和AMACR均表达于肾小管上皮和部分肾细胞肿瘤，在此前提下，我们的结果证实了肾源性腺瘤和肾小管上皮之间的组织发生关系。

There were altogether 18 cancer nidi in 8 cases of homochronous multiple primary carcinoma of the large intestines among them 8 cancer nidi were less than 3 cm in diameter.

癌细胞显示不同程度的异型性和极性丧失，排列层次不规则；②腺瘤成分与癌细胞在同一肿瘤中并存；③可见腺瘤成分癌变的移行过程。

Results The weight of tumor was reduced and the inhibitory rate of tumor weight was 36.83% in group B (P.05 compared with group A); incidence of metastatic carcinoma of lung was 100% in group A and metastatic nodules of lung were decreased in groups B and C (P.05 or P.01 compared with group A); lymph node weight in homolateral popliteal fossa and iliac periartery was lighter in group B and C than that of group A (P.05); life-span prolongation rate was 37.77% and 36.77% in groups B and C respectively and survival time did not differ much from that of group A.

结果］髓清丸低剂量组的瘤质量较模型组减少(P.05)，抑瘤率达到36.83%；模型组肺部转移率达100%，髓清丸高、低剂量组的肺部转移结节均较模型组减少，转移率较模型组低（P.05或P.01）；髓清丸高、低剂量组同侧窝、髂动脉旁淋巴结质量均较模型组减小(P.05)；髓清丸高、低剂量组小鼠生命延长率分别为37.77%、36.77%，但生存时间与模型组比较未见显著性差异。

RESULTS A variable degree of vascular hyalinization and glioma intercellular with enhanced tenascin immunostaining was observed.Expression of tenascin and cell proliferation in gliomas correlated positively with each other and increased with the degree of tumor malignancy.

结果 胶质瘤与其增生血管内皮细胞均表达Tenascin，Tenascin基因表达与肿瘤细胞增殖指数呈显著正相关，随胶质瘤恶性程度提高，Tenascin和Ki-67表达均增强。

RESULTSWhen the dosage of the Aipingxiao were 13.0, 6.5g/kg by intragastric administration, the inhibition rates was 34.2％, 28.1% in the transplantation with S180 Sarcoma, the inhibition rates were 50.8%, 40.8% with H22 liver cancer, the inhibition rates were 74.2%, 57.0% with Lewis lung cancer, respectively. The survival rate increased significantly in the hydroperitoneum type of transplantation with H22 liver cancer more than model group.

结果］分别以13.0，6.5g/kg剂量的癌平消灌胃给药，对小鼠移植性S180肉瘤增殖的抑制率分别为34.2%，28.1%，对小鼠移植性H22肝癌实体瘤增殖的抑制率分别为50.8%，40.8%，对Lewis肺癌实体瘤增殖的抑制率分别为74.2%，57.0%，H22肝癌腹水型小鼠的生存时间明显延长，与模型组比较均有显著性差异。
