Transduction of TNF-α gene into TIL of human glioma by retroviral vectors and study of its biological activity in vitro. The development of retroviral vectors for TNF-α gene transfer and preparation of carrier cells-TIL have al- lowed transducing marked gene NeoR and purpose gene TNF-α into TIL cells respectively by use of monoclone tilter virus PLC-2 and PLJC-5. Detect the proliferation of TIL, expression of TNF-α and the anti-tumor activity of glio- ma TJ8510 cells in vitro.

在TNF-α逆转录病毒转移系统的建立及运载细胞TIL制备的基础上，利用构建的单克隆高滴度病毒细胞株PLC-2和PLJC-5将标记基因NcoR和目的基因TNF-α分别导入到TIL细胞中；对TNF-α基因转导后的TIL细胞进行细胞的增殖情况、TNF-α表达水平及对人脑胶质瘤TJ8510细胞的体外抗瘤活性的检测。

However, thick irregular wall or septa in MRI might be helpful in differential diagnosis.

多房性囊腺瘤具有较典型的MRI表现，诊断不难；单房性囊腺瘤缺乏特异表现，囊壁强化是与其他囊性病变鉴别诊断的重要徵象，MRI检查对诊断有重要作用。

Abstract］ objective to improve the diagnosis of non-ossifying fiboma by analysing its x-ray feature.methods plain x-ray films was performed in all patients.x-ray finding in 8 cases with pathologically-confirmed non-ossifying were analyzed.results the clinical symptom was mild,the lesions occurred usually at the metaphysis of the long bones,the affected bones included femur（n=4）,tibia（n=3）,humerus（n=1）.cortical type was seen in 5 cases,presenting as unilocular or multilacular transparent areas with in the cortex or tightly beneath the cortex,the lesion had a sclerotic margin.which was more obvious at the marrow side.medullary type was seen in 2 cases.the lesion was located at the center of the bone and grew centrally.the tumor was manifested as unilocular or multilocular.tramsparent area with sclerotic border and the bone cortex became thinner with slightly expanding on 11 sides.conclusion plain radiography is the elementally means to detect this disease.based on the typical x-ray signs of non-ossifying fibroma combined with clinical data,correct preoperative diagnosis can be made in most cases.

目的 探讨非骨化性纤维瘤的x线表现以提高诊断水平。方法所有病例均摄有x线平片，分析经病理证实的8例非骨化性纤维瘤。结果临床症状轻，好发于下肢长骨干骺端或骨干，股骨4例，胫骨3例，肱骨1例。皮质型5例，表现为皮质内或紧贴皮质下的单层或多层透亮区，病变向骨内发展进入髓腔，周围有致密硬化带环绕，以髓腔侧明显；髓质型2例，病灶在骨内中央发展，显示为单房或多房透亮区，边缘有硬化，骨皮质菲薄，轻微向周围膨隆。结论 x线为最基本的检查方法，典型病例x线平片结合临床症状即可明确诊断。

Methods: Mice bearing in vivo transplanted tumor-H22 hepatic carcinoma were used to evaluate the drug"s activity of anti-tumor and GAPSGF"s efficacy enhancing effect by calculating the ratio of antitumor and q. HE dyeing was applied to observe the tumor"s morphological changes after the anti - tumor drug. It is observed the change of theperipheral white blood cells in serum and the body weight to analyze the GAPSGF"s toxicity reducing effect on the anti - tumor drug-Cytoxan. Applying ELISA method to observe the change of IL-2 in serum ,Applying carbon clearance method to test the function of uninuclear phagocyte,took the weight of the spleen and thoracic gland, analyzed the mechanism — efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing of GAPSGF.

构建体内动物移植性H_(22)肝癌模型，通过计算抑瘤率与q值来分析药物的体内抗肿瘤活性，判断树舌多糖GF注射液的增效作用；采用瘤组织常规HE染色观察药物作用下的肿瘤细胞形态变化；观察外周血WBC数和体重改变来分析树舌多糖GF注射液对环磷酰胺抗肿瘤的减毒作用；采用ELISA法测定血清IL-2、小鼠碳粒廓清法测定单核吞噬细胞功能、取胸腺与脾脏称重测定脏器指数等以分析树舌多糖GF注射液增效减毒的作用机制。
