Results: Of the 45 cases, 5 cases were diagnosed as breast cancer, 9 papilloma, 4 papillomatosis, 12 mammary duct ectasia, 10 inflammatory disease of mammaly, and 5 normal breast.

结果：镜检诊断乳腺癌5例，乳头状瘤9例，乳头状瘤病4例，乳管扩张症12例，乳管炎症10例，未发现异常5例，经病理证实符合率97.2%。

FDS was successfully inserted into 204 orifices(97.0%).Early breast cancer was found in 9 cases(4.5%), papilloma and papillomatosis in 66 cases(33.0%),ductal ectasia and/or chronic inflammation in 96 cases(48.0%);"normal duct" in 29 cases(14.5%).

本组发现早期乳腺癌9例（4.5%），乳头状瘤63例（31.5%），乳头状瘤病3例（1.5%），导管扩张或伴炎症96例（48.0%），"正常"导管29例（14.5%）。

Results Of 548 patients with nipple discharge, the FDS diagnosis was galactophoritis in 59 cases, ductal ectasia in 117 cases, ductal ectasia coexistent with galactophoritis in 185 cases, intraductal papilloma in 159 cases, intraductal papillomatosis in 12 cases and breast carcinoma in 16 cases. One hundred and thirty-five cases had surgical therapy in our hospital, among them, 91 cases had tumor resection or segmentectomy under localization by FDS, and 44 cases had segmentectomy after breast duct infusion with methylene blue.

结果 548例乳头溢液病例中，FDS下诊断为乳管炎59例(10.8%)，乳腺导管扩张症117例(21.4%)，乳腺导管扩张合并乳管炎185例(33.4%)，乳管内乳头状瘤159例(29.0%)，乳管内乳头状瘤病12例(2.2%)，乳腺癌16例(2.9%)。135例在我院接受手术治疗，其中91例在FDS定位下行肿瘤切除或区段切除手术，44例按常规经溢液乳管内注射染料美蓝后再行选择性区段切除。

Imaging studies showed that the positive rate of the ultrasound was 73.33%,the CT was 60.00%,the MRI was 75.00%,and the 99mTc-MIBI was 100.00%.All the patients were underwent parathyroidectomy of front neck incision, and were identified with parathyroid adenoma in 16 cases, hyperplasia in 1case and carcinoma in 2 cases. Follow-up was done from 10 months to 6 years after surgery.

影像学检查的阳性率：B超为73.33％，CT为60.00％，MRI为75.00％，99mTc-MIBI为100.00％。19例患者均经颈前弧形切口行甲状旁腺切除术，16例为甲状旁腺腺瘤；2例为甲状旁腺腺瘤伴灶性癌变；1例为甲状旁腺增生。

收集海宁市第二人民医院放射科 98年 1月至 2 0 0 0年 6月拍摄胸片的 37例其原发癌瘤，经病理( 18)、细胞学( 3)或 CT、MRI、特殊造影检查( 16)等确诊的肺转移瘤资料，对其肺部转移性病灶的基本 X线表现、原发癌肿来源、病理类型等进行分析研究。

Methods Ten patients with tongue cancer were treated by photodynamic therapy 24、48、72 after administration of photosensitizer.
