Resulte: In 12 infective lesions, including purulent infection (4 cases) and tuberculosis (8 cases), the correct dignosis was made in 4cases by CR and in 11 cases by CT. In 16 soft tissue tumors, including lipoma (7 cases), fibrosarcoma (4 cases), hemangioma (1 case), neurofibroma (1 case), malignant fibrous histocytoma (1case), aggressive fibromatosis (1 case) and liposarcoma (1 case), the correct diagnosis was made in 3cases by CR and in 14 cases by CT. In 11 bone lesions, including fibrous dysplasia (7 cases), chondroma (2 cases), myeloma and cosinophilic granuloma (1 case), the correct diagnosis was made in 8cases by CR and in 10 cases by CT.

结果：感染组12例中(包括化脓性感染4例，胸壁结核8例)，CR准确诊断4例，CT诊断11例；软组织肿瘤组16例中(包括脂肪瘤7例，纤维肉瘤4例，血管瘤、神经纤维瘤、恶性纤维组织细胞瘤、侵袭性纤维瘤病和脂肪肉瘤各l例)，CR准确诊断3例，CT诊断14例；骨肿瘤和肿瘤样病变组11例中(包括骨纤维异常增殖症7例，软骨瘤2例，多发性骨髓瘤和骨嗜酸性肉芽肿各1例)，CR准确诊断8例，CT诊断10例。

Our findings demonstrate that in conjunction with clinical and radiographic findings, immunohistochemical evaluation with a panel of D2-40, EMA, brachyury, and GFAP is most useful in distinguishing chordoid meningioma from chordoid glioma, skeletal myxoid chondrosarcoma, extraskeletal myxoid chondrosarcoma, chordoma, low-grade chondrosarcoma, and enchondroma. A lack of strong, diffuse S100 reactivity may also be useful in excluding chordoid meningioma.

我们的结果表明，结合临床和影像学资料，D2-40、EMA、brachyury和GFAP这样一个免疫标记组合就能很好地鉴别脊索样脑膜瘤和脊索样胶质瘤、骨的黏液样软骨肉瘤、骨外的黏液样软骨肉瘤、脊索瘤、低级别软骨肉瘤、内生性软骨瘤。S100染色不强烈、不弥漫也有助于排除脊索样脑膜瘤的诊断。

The malignant tumors included osteogenic osteosarcoma,metastasis tumor(six patients,two with pathologic fractures),chondrosarcoma,malignant fibrous histiocytoma (three patients,one with pathologic fracture),fibrosarcoma,and solitary myeloma.all patients received limb savage procedure with custom knee prosthesis including sevnteen cases of hinge joint and twentyone cases of posterior stability joints.

Purposes: To observe intakes of 〓p-sodium-orthophosphate and 〓P-chromium- orthophosphate at various concentrations by brain gliomas cell; To make thorough inquiry of the inhibition to the SHG44 cell by 〓P-sodium-orthophosphate and 〓P-chromium-orthophosphate at various concentrations; To find out the regularities about the accumulation and elimination in the major organs of rats after inter-brain injection with 〓P-sodium-orthophosphate and 〓P-chromic-orthophosphate; To investigate the therapeutic effects of intert-injection with 〓p-chromium-orthophosphate on the neoplasia transplanted in the brain and hypoderma; To estimate the absorbed dose of the neoplasia body in rats after internal radiation; To study the pathological changes in the rat cells and tissues caused by the radiation exposure from 〓p.

目的：观察人脑胶质瘤SHG44细胞对不同浓度的〓P-磷酸钠和〓P-磷酸铬的摄取；探讨不同浓度〓p-磷酸钠和〓p-磷酸铬对SHG44细胞生长的抑制；揭示〓p-磷酸钠和〓p-磷酸铬在大鼠颅内注射在时全身主要脏器的蓄积与排除规律；观察〓p-磷酸铬大鼠颅内瘤体、皮下瘤体内注射的治疗效果；估算大鼠瘤体组织的吸收剂量；观察〓p照射引起的细胞及组织的病理学改变，为临床脑胶质瘤内照射治疗提供实验依据和吸收剂量计算方法。

Results Of the 58 cases, 26 were inflammatory pseudotumors, 8 focal hyperplastic lesions, 7 hepatocellular adenomas, 7 lipomatous tumors, 5 cystadenomas, 3 tuberculosis, 1 harmatoma and 1 neurofibroma.

结果 58例中炎性假瘤26例，局灶性增生性病变8例，肝细胞腺瘤7例，脂肪类肿瘤7例，囊腺瘤5例，肝结核3例及错构瘤和神经纤维瘤各1例。

Results 5 cases of ependymocytoma, 3 cases of astrocytoma, 1 medulloblastoma hemangioblastoma in 10 cases of intra-medullary tumor; 36 cases of neurogenic tumor, 11 cases of spinal meningioma in 47 cases of subdural extramedullary tumor; 2 cases of neurogenic tumor strided over scleromeninx;2 cases of extradural metastatic tumor, 1 cestodiasis, 2 cases of epidural hematoma, which were mistaken for hemangioma before surgical operation and 1 vascular malformation in 4 cases of intraspinal nontumorous occupying lesion.

结果：10例髓内肿瘤中，室管膜瘤5例；星形细胞瘤3例；血管母细胞瘤1例；成神经管细胞瘤1例。47例脊髓外硬膜下肿瘤中，神经源性肿瘤36例；脊膜瘤11例。2例跨硬膜内外生长的神经源性肿瘤2例。硬膜外的转移瘤2例。4例椎管内非肿瘤性占位性病变中，椎管内绦虫病1例；硬膜外血肿2例，术前误为血管瘤；血管畸形1例。

Lateral tumors in adults often appear extraaxial and may simulate meningiomas of the cerebellopontine angle or tentorium, acoustic neuromas, ependymomas, glomus jugulare tumors or metastases, solid hemangioblastoma and choroid plexus papilloma.

They were all right-handed.12 cases using conventional surgery were the control group(eight cases of glioma,3 cases of meningioma,1 case of brain metastases),eight cases of men,four cases of women;the average of 42 years old. The other patients were the experimental group(six cases of glioma,2 cases of meningioma, 2 cases of brain metastases,cavernous angioma 1 case),seven cases of men,four cases of women,the average of 45 years old.

Methods ICR Mice of tumor model was made by inoculated with tumor cells (S180, EAC, and Heps). The antitumor activity of brucine and its liposome was evaluated by tumor inhibitory ratio for S180 and Heps and life prolonging rate for EAC and Heps of mice with transplanted tumor.
