The aim of this study is to investigate the rumen ecology and feed digestion in Formosan Reeves' muntjac. We also observed the effect of captive environment on animal digestive physiology by comparing the characteristics of gastrointestinal tract and tissue samples of ruminal papillae between captive and wild muntjac.

本研究目的为探讨圈养台湾山羌之瘤胃生态及饲粮消化率，并比较圈养与野生山羌胃肠道之异同与瘤胃乳突於组织学上之差异，藉以了解圈养对动物之消化生理及利用状态之影响。

The results show that the organic-inorganic specialty fertilizer 〔16-6-8-20 〕is favorite to the yield increase and nitrate content decrease against tumorous stem mustard, and the inorganic fertilizer type Ⅱ(19-7-9) follows. Single superphosphate is better than monoammonium phosphate in increasing the yield whilst poorer in decreasing its nitrate content,sulfate of potash is better than muriate of potash in increasing the yield while weaker in decreasing its nitrate content,and fused calcium magnesium phosphate shows little desired effects.

结果表明：有机无机型专用肥〔16-6-8-20〕对茎瘤芥增产和降低其硝酸盐含量的作用最佳，其次为无机型专用肥Ⅱ(19-7-9)，过磷酸钙对茎瘤芥增产效果优于磷酸一铵，但降低其硝酸盐含量不及磷酸一铵，硫酸钾的增产作用优于氯化钾，但氯化钾降低硝酸盐含量的效果较好，钙镁磷肥对其增产和降低硝酸盐含量的效果均差。

除了血管性偏头痛外，引起头痛的原因很多，如颅内感染性疾病、各种脑炎、脑膜炎、脑脓肿；各种脑血管病变，如脑梗塞、脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血、脑室出血、高血压脑病等；颅内占位病变，如脑膜瘤、脑胶质瘤和转移肿瘤；各种脑外伤如脑震荡、脑挫裂伤、硬膜下血肿；腰穿引起低颅压头痛；各种神经痛；五官科疾病的头痛以及感染、中毒、中暑和神经功能紊乱均可引起头痛。

Objective To study the clinical feature of myasthenia gravisonset after thymectomy,and relationships between thymoma and MG.

目的 分析胸腺瘤术后发生的重症肌无力患者的临床特点，进一步认识胸腺瘤与MG的关系。

Atrial myxoma should be early operated after diagnosis and pay attention to myocardial preservation,excise the tumour wholly so as to avoid relapse.

结论心房粘液瘤确诊后应尽早手术治疗，术中应加强心肌保护，术中完整切除瘤体，避免肿瘤复发。

One case with homonying serosity cystadenoma was recurred in one year after operation.The others had not recurred and no peritoneum myxoma occurred.

术后随访46例，0.5～5年。1例术后1年复发，为同侧卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤，余者均无复发及腹膜粘液瘤发生。

Because of excellent temporal, spatial and density resolution, EBCT has not only high accuracy in the diagnosis of myxoma, but also possesses advantage superior to echocardiography in the definition of non-myxomous benign and malignant neoplasms,which are diffcult to diagnose histopathologically using echocardiography. EBCT is also valuable for assessment of involvement of neigbouring organs.

EBCT具有优良的时间、空间和密度分辨率，除对心脏黏液瘤诊断具有较高的准确性外，在对超声心动图难以准确定性的非黏液瘤性良、恶性肿瘤的诊断中尚具优势，同时可显示邻近脏器受累情况。

Results Of the twelve patients, seven cases were right ventricular tumor (58.3%) and live cases were left ventricular tumor (41.7%). Eight patients had undergone the tumor resection. Five cases were myxoma, other three cases were lipoma. angeioma and malignant mesothelioma respectively.

结果 超声诊断心室占位12例，其中右室占位7例(58.3%)，左室占位5例(41.7%)，手术8例，术中所见与超声诊断一致，符合率为100%，病理证实黏液瘤5例，脂肪瘤l例，血管瘤l例，恶性间皮瘤1例。

RT-3DE shows clearly full view of the primary atrial tumor than two-dimensional echocardiography and obvious image differences between atrial myxoma and malignant atrial tumor. It is a convenient, quick and precise modality for diagnosing primary atrial tumor and may be of significant clinical value for the diagnosis of primary atrial tumor.

RT-3DE比二维超声心动图更清晰显示原发心房肺瘤全貌形态，黏液瘤与恶性心房肿瘤图像特征差别明显，RT-3DE是诊断原发心房肿瘤简便、快捷和准确的检查方法，RT-3DE对原发心房肿瘤具有重要临床诊断价值。

Methods To investigate the clinical results,from January 2002 to June 2007,15 cases diagnosed left atrial myxoma by Doppler echocardiography were operated under cardiopulmonary bypass.Mitral valve proplasty were operated on one patien and tricuspid valve proplasty were operated on five patients,atrial septal defect were repaired on two patients.Results One case died before operation,the others got a successful results,no death happened on preoperative period and operative course.

回顾分析2002年1月至2007年6月我院收治的15例左心房黏液瘤病例，术前均经彩色超声心动图确诊，均在体外循环下行黏液瘤摘除术，同期行二尖瓣成形术1例，三尖瓣成形术5例，房间隔缺损修补术2例。
