目前有研究认为：实体瘤部分细胞缺氧和肿瘤组织的异质性可能是导致肿瘤对放疗和化疗产生耐受的主要原因之一，缺氧可以诱导肿瘤细胞对放疗和化疗的耐受性[4]，实体肿瘤的异质性可使同一瘤组织内具有不同增殖潜能的癌细胞亚群存在，导致细胞周期特异性化疗药物作用的靶细胞减少。

We detected the expression of VEGF mRNA by in situ hybridization and Ki 67 protein by immune histochemistry.

Balb/c mice were immunized with the purified PRRSV - BJ isolate. mouse spleen cell were fused with myelomas NSo .culture supernatants of hybridism's were screed by indirect ELISA. Positive colonies were cloned three times by limited dilution. One cell line named 6PR, which could secret McAb stably was obtained.

用纯化的猪繁殖与呼吸系统综合征病毒免疫Balb/c小鼠，应用淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术，取脾细胞与NS0骨髓瘤细胞融合，经间接ELISA筛选，三次有限稀释法克隆，得到一株能稳定分泌抗猪繁殖与呼吸系统综合征病毒单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株：6PR。

Results:8 cases had separate cystic hygroma,including 7 cases at neck(1 dead embryo)and 1 case under axillary.2 cases had pure cyst(25%),and 6 cases had complication(75%).

结果：8例胎儿淋巴水囊瘤均为有分隔水囊瘤，7例发生于颈部(1例为宫内死胎)，1例发生于腋下，其中单纯性囊肿2例(25%)，伴并发症6例(75%)。

Results Of total 8 cases, 4 eases were located in the side of cerebral falx or sinus,2 eases in the convexity of the brain,1 ease in the sphenoidal erest,1 ease in the tentoriam of cerebellum the main findings were as followes: 4 eases were cystic tumores with obvious enhancement in the substant parts; 2 eases were shown as eystoma with the wall knot enhanced obviously; cystic tumores were found in 2 eases with the wreath form enhance; peritumoral edemaarea in 2 ease, hyperostosis were seen in 3 eases.

结果 本组8例囊性脑膜瘤均为良性，肿瘤位于镰旁／窦旁4例，大脑凸面2例，蝶骨嵴1例，小脑幕1例。其主要CT表现有：囊实性肿块，实质部分强化明显，4例；有壁结节的囊性病变，增强时壁结节强化明显，2例；环形强化的囊性肿块2例；瘤周伴水样低密度区2例，邻近骨质增生硬化3例。

Methods The tissues of cervical carcinoma with HPV16/18positivity was injected into the hypodermis of nude mice to make tumors and transmission,then Ad-p53gene was injected into the tumors to investigate the effect,while DDP,BLM and normal saline were injected into the tumors to as control groups.

将含HPV16/18型感染的宫颈鳞癌组织注入裸鼠皮下成瘤、传代，将以缺陷型腺病毒为载体的P53基因（Ad-P53）瘤内注射，同时用抗癌药DDP、BLM以及生理盐水作对照，观察P53基因治疗宫颈癌的有效性。

Results (1) 6 cases of Tuberous Sclerosis. Diffused subependymal nodular calcification lesions were found in all cases on unenhenced CT. 4 patients are 2 pairs of mother/child relationship. Both of the two mothers are found to suffer from renal angiomyolipoma.(2)1 case of neurofibromatosis showed abnormal spinal canal: scoliosis of thoracic and lumbar spine, concave change of vertebral posterior border. Bilateral renal hypogenesis was found in this patient. Diffused hyper-density lesions were found in kidney and fatty accumulation was found in back skin.(3)6 cases of Sturge-Weber syndrome. On unenhenced CT, curving and strip-shaped calcifications were found along the parietal and occipital gyrus.

结果 ①结节性硬化6例，所有病例CT平扫见两侧脑室室管膜下多发小结节状高密度钙化灶，其中4例为两对母子关系，并见两位母亲合并有肾脏错构瘤，；②神经纤维瘤病1例，MRI表现为椎管异常，胸腰段脊柱侧弯，椎体后缘呈明显的切凹改变；伴有双肾发育不良，CT示肾内多个高密度影，背部皮肤多量脂肪堆积，③脑颜面血管瘤综合征6例， CT可见顶枕部沿脑回分布的弯曲的条状高密度钙化，部分延伸致侧脑室内，增强后见病灶内有扭曲的条状和结节状明显强化的血管影；④小脑血管瘤病4例，影像学表现为小脑内大囊、小结节样占位性病变。
