Results The rates of successful embolization for anteriorly directed aneurysms and for superiorly directed aneurysms were 91.6% and 73.3%, respectively, but that for inferiorly directed aneurysms was only 50.0%. The rate of successful embolization for narrow-necked aneurysms (75.8%) was higher than that for wide-necked aneurysms (57.1%). 75.7% of small aneurysms (＜10mm) and 33.3% of large aneurysms (≥10mm) were embolized successfully.

结果 瘤体指向前方的动脉瘤和瘤体指向上方的动脉瘤成功栓塞率分别为91.6%和73.3%，而瘤体指向下方的动脉瘤成功栓塞率只有50.0%，窄颈动脉瘤（成功栓塞率75.8%）比宽颈动脉瘤（成功栓塞率57.1%）更易成功栓塞。75.7%的小动脉瘤（＜10 mm）及33.3%的大动脉瘤（≥10 mm）成功栓塞。

Trial 1. Effects of different dietary cation - anion balance on the digestion and degradation dynamics of fibreTwelve 2 years old Inner Mongolian fine wool wethers(Body weight, 29 ± 3.36kg) with permanent rumen and duodenum cannula , divided into 4 groups of 3 were used to study the effects of 4 levels DCAB on the digestion and rumen degradation of dietary fibre and on digestion of the dietary DM, ADF and NDF and passage at the different sites of the digestive tract of sheep.

试验一：不同日粮阴阳离子水平对纤维物质消化动态学及降解动力学的研究选用 2周岁（体重为 29 ±3.36kg）安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管和十二指肠近端瘘管的内蒙古半细毛羯羊12只，随机分成4组，每组3个重复，采用食糜标记技术和尼龙袋法研究了4种不同DCAB水平对玉米秸秆中干物质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性统涤纤维、纤维素及半纤维素在绵羊瘤胃中有效降解率以及对日粮中DM、NDF及ADF在消化道不同部位流通和消化规律及对瘤胃微生物蛋白质合成的影响。

Soybean planted in the yellow brown soil, althongh they had big difference in nodule numbers caused by different inoculation methods, there were no difference in the fresh shoot weight because of the poor nutritional conditions. Soybean planted in the brown soil, the difference between different inoculations and fresh shoot weight were obviously because of the balance nutritional conditions. Although there were big difference in nodule numbers when soybean were planted in the peat, there were no difference in the fresh shoot weight, this might be caused by peat, the peat were not a natural soil type and the nutritional conditions might be unbalance.

分期采样的结果表明，黄棕壤中栽种的大豆，虽然接种根瘤菌对结瘤作用有较大的影响，但由于黄棕壤的肥力状况欠佳，而对豆科植物地上部分生长的影响未显出作用；棕壤土中栽种的豆科植物，接种根瘤菌在结瘤方面和植物地上部分生长方面，由于土壤肥力状况较为平衡，均表现出明显的效果；草炭土中生长的豆科植物在结瘤方面虽然表现出较大差异，但由于这种土壤的肥力状况不适于豆科植物的生长，而使地上部的生长也未形成统计上的差异。

The patients had been followed up for 8～36 months after surgery.9 patients existed postoperative complications and 3 patients recured after surgery.

回顾性分析我院2000～2007年收治的130例甲状腺腺瘤患者临床表现、围术期处理、手术方法以及术后并发症等。临床以颈前小结节为主，53例行腺瘤摘除术，77例行腺瘤摘除加部分腺叶切除术。

From August 21, 1998, to December 14, 2001, 57 core needle biopsy specimens suggested the possibility of phyllodes tumor. Median patient age was 42 years (range, 16-77 years), and median lesion diameter was 1.1 cm (range, 0.6-3.6 cm). Of the 57 specimens, 25 had pathological findings favoring a diagnosis of fibroadenoma, 23 favored phyllodes tumor, and nine were equivocal.

从1998年8月21日至2001年12月14日，共有57个粗针切片检查样本显示出叶状瘤的可能性，这些患者年龄中位数为42岁（范围16-77 岁），病灶直径中位数为1.1 厘米（范围 0.6-3.6 厘米），在57 个样本中，25个的病理研究结果建议为纤维性瘤，23个为叶状瘤，其余的九个诊断的意义不明确。

Specimens of 8 gliomas were taken from the tumor, peritumoral oedematous region and adjacent cerebral tissue of each patient.

8例胶质瘤病例，标本分别取自同一病例的瘤体、瘤周水肿区和邻近脑组织。

The imaging characteristic of each type were also analyzed.

结果：14例中不含脂肪的错构瘤8例、平滑肌瘤2例、多囊性肾瘤2例、海绵状血管瘤1例、中胚层肾瘤1例。

Result In control group, The tail moment in the four xenografts were significantly different (F=9.113, P＜0.01). The tail moment in the four xenografts exposed to irradiation (2Gy, 5Gy, 10Gy and 15Gy), reflected the descending tendency of radiosensitivity described below: lung adenocarcinoma＞neuroblastoma＞esophageal squamous carcinoma＞nasopharyngeal squamous carcinoma.

结果 未照射时4种人癌裸小鼠移植瘤的尾力矩有显著差异(F＝9.113，P＜0.01)。4种人癌裸小鼠移植瘤细胞在不同剂量(2Gy、5Gy、10Gy和15Gy)照射后，未做校正时的TM所反映放射敏感性由高到低的变化趋势依次为：肺腺癌＞神经母细胞瘤＞食管鳞癌＞鼻咽鳞癌。

Result: With a high cancer-inhibiting rate on the animal model having been transplanted the cancer, this medicine can remarkably restrain the growth of cancer cells cultivated in vitro and improve the life quality of mouse model, and also shows obvious promotion and enhancement function on the DTH ear-swelling of mouse with cancer, the proliferation of mouse spleen lymphocyte induced by ConA and the cytokine (TNF-α、IFN-γ) of mouse with cancer respectively. It can obviously decrease the adverse effects like weight reduction, damage of viscera and degradation of life quality caused by the chemotherapeutic medicines, and has a remarkable stimulation on the lymphocyte proliferation induced by ConA. It is also able to improve the ratio of SMMC-7721 cells in G0-G1 period and reduce the cell amount in G2/M period to cut down the possibility of stepping into the division period; additionally, it can obviously inhibit some cancer genes of the cancer cells and meanwhile up regulate the cancer-inhibiting gene.

结果：本品能明显抑制体外培养肿瘤细胞的生长，对在体肿瘤移植模型动物具有较高的抑瘤率，能明显提高模型小鼠的生存质量；对荷瘤小鼠DTH耳肿胀、ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖、荷瘤小鼠细胞因子（TNF-α、IFN-γ）呈现明显的促进或提高作用；能显著减少化疗药所引起的小鼠体重降低、脏器损害以及生存质量下降等不良作用；本品含药血清对ConA诱导的淋巴细胞增殖具有明显的促进作用；能提高SMMC-7721细胞G0-G1期比例，降低G2/M期细胞数目，而减少其进入分裂期；对肿瘤细胞的多个癌基因具有明显的抑制作用，同时上调抑癌基因等。

Viciae hurL gene formed nodules in wild-type amounts, indicating that hurL gene is required for nodulation. Although the function of hurL gene in inducing nodulation remains unknown, the results of this work revealed that in addition to the nod and exo genes located on Sym plasmid, the R. leguminosarum chromosomal hurL gene is also involved in controlling its capacity in inducing nodulation on host plant.

虽然目前对hurL基因影响豌豆根瘤菌诱导植物结瘤能力的机制并不清楚，但本文的研究结果首次证明：除位于共生质粒上的结瘤基因和胞外多糖基因外，豌豆根瘤菌在宿主植物上的结瘤还受到染色体基因hurL的控制。
