Four sheep with ruminal and duodenal cannulas were used in a 4×4 Latin square design to study the effects of rumen protected fat on the function of rumen metabolize.

选择体重相近并安装有瘤胃瘘管和十二指肠瘘管的小尾寒羊4只，采用4×4拉丁方实验设计方法，研究了脂肪酸钙、植物脂肪粉和硬脂肪对绵羊瘤胃PH、氨氮浓度、采食量、营养物质消化率、血液生化指标以及瘤胃营养物质降解率的影响。

To confect diet formulation of ruminant accurately, three steers fitted with permanent ruminal cannulas and T-type duodenal cannulas were used to investigate degradation characteristics and apparent intestinal digestibility of crude protein and amino acid by in situ method.

The results showed that GP (320 mg/kg) combined with ADM (2 mg/kg) could significantly prolong survival Lime of mice bearing SF763 tumor, the life-prolonging rate was 88%(P40 mg/kg) significantly had a inhibition no A549 (P.05), the optium dosage of GP was 80 mg/kg, which had an inhibition of 82.2%(P.01) after an inoculation of 11 days; GP had a negative relation on prolonging survival time of mice bearing EC tumors between dosage of GP and the effect. The optimum dosage was 5-10 mg/kg, which had optimum prolonging rate of 32.77%(P.05). Thus GP could significantly prolong survival time of mice bearing SF763, A549 and EC tumors.

结果表明：生药剂量320 mg/kg GP联合2 mg/kg阿霉素，其生命延长率为88%(P01)，GP能明显延长荷人脑瘤SF763裸鼠生命；GP在大于40 mg/kg时对人肺腺瘤A549裸鼠具有明显的抑制作用(P.05)，最佳剂量为GP 80 mg/kg，接种时间11d，抑瘤率为82.2%(P.01)；GP对艾氏腹水瘤EC小鼠的生存期呈现负量效关系，GP最佳剂量范围在5~10 mg/kg，最高生命延长率为32.77%(P.05)。

Methods Tumor-bearing mouse models were set up by transplanting hepatoma (H22), sarcoma S180 and leukemia (L1210). Tumor inhibitory action and life-prolonging effect of AIDI on the mice, as well as its synergism with CTX were observed.

抗肿瘤体内实验：建立小鼠移植性肉瘤S180和小鼠肝癌H22的实体瘤模型，艾迪粉针剂对小鼠尾静脉给药，连续处理7d，第8天剥离瘤块称质量，计算抑瘤率，与化疗药合并用药考察减毒增效作用；建立小鼠L1210白血病模型，阳性对照组为顺铂，考察生命延长率。

TIL of human glioma is of good ability of proliferation in vitro, and this can not be affected significantly by retrovirus-mediated TNF-α gene transduc- tion into it. TIL is suitable as carrier cells for lymphokine gene therapy of human glioma.

1。人脑胶质瘤TIL具有良好的体外增殖能力，逆转录病毒中介TNF-α基因导入人脑胶质瘤TIL后，其体外增殖能力未受明显影响，符合人脑胶质瘤淋巴因子基因治疗运载细胞的要求。
