Results 14 cases were treated with surgical operation, in which adenoma were 2 cases , papilloma were 5 cases, leiomyoma were 3 cases, chondroma was 1 case, lipoma was 1 case, neurofibroma was 1 case and mixed tumor was 1 case.

结果 14例均行手术治疗，腺瘤2例，乳头状瘤5例，平滑肌瘤3例，软骨瘤1例，脂肪瘤1例，神经纤维瘤1例，混合瘤1例。

Results: 4 cases were geminoma, 3 cases were teratoma, 1 case was choriocarcinoma, 4 cases were glioma, 2 cases were meningiomas, pineoblstoma, neuroblastoma, dermoid cyst and arachnoid cyst each had one case. It maybe very difficult if we diagnosed only through MR signals. Due to the multitude origin of histology, we can diagnose through some special signals, such as adipose, cystic degeneration, hemorrhage and implant dissemination. We can also combined with clinical examination which is help to differential diagnosis.

结果：生殖细胞瘤4例，畸胎瘤3例，1例绒毛膜癌，胶质瘤4例，脑膜瘤2例，松果体母细胞瘤、神经母细胞瘤、皮样囊肿及蛛网膜囊肿各1例，仅通过MR信号较难诊断，由于肿瘤组织学来源多，可通过一些特殊信号如脂肪、囊变、出血、种植播散等，并结合临床检查来进行鉴别诊断。

objective to study the anti-tumor activity and enhancing immune effect of phellinus linteus.methods the anti-tumor activity of phellinus linteus was estimated by the longevity of eac mice,the immune effect of tumorous mice was tested by the experiment of carbon particle expurgation and the il-2 concentration in serum of tumorous mice was determined by elisa.results phellinus linteus can prolong eac mouse's life and can increase the il-2 concentration in serum of tumorous mouse but can't affect the immune effect of tumorous mouse.conclusion chinese hurb phellinus linteus possess some antitumor power for tumor-loaded mice,but further research is needed.

目的 观察桑黄对肿瘤的抑制作用及对机体免疫功能的影响。方法以小鼠艾氏腹水癌的生命延长率评价桑黄的抗肿瘤作用，以炭末廓清实验观察荷瘤小鼠非特异性免疫功能，以elisa法测定荷瘤小鼠血清il-2浓度。结果桑黄对eac荷瘤小鼠的生存时间有延长作用，对荷瘤小鼠血清il-2浓度有提高作用，对荷瘤小鼠非特异性免疫功能无明显影响。结论中药桑黄对荷瘤小鼠具有一定的抗肿瘤能力，作用的强度和作用机制的深度还有待进一步研究。

RESULTS: The imaging features of CBT were masses located at the bifurcation of the carotid artery, with abundant blood supply in the tumor, the internal and external carotid arteries shifted, the bifurcation of the carotid artery increased like goldcup in DSA. The imaging features of the neurilemmoma were masses located behind the bifurcation of the carotid artery, and the carotid bifurcation was normal, no blood supply in the tumor, but carotid arteries shifted.

结果：颈动脉体瘤的CDFI和DSA特征为：颈总动脉分权处单发性肿块，并与其紧密相连，瘤体内血流极为丰富，瘤体使颈外动脉向前内移位、颈内动脉向后外移位，颈内、外动脉分权角度增大明显，DSA呈高脚杯状改变；神经鞘瘤紧邻颈动脉，颈总动脉分权处角度无改变，瘤体内血流信号不丰富，瘤体使颈动脉向前、外移位。

Results Postoperative pathological diagnosis showed 13 ependymomas, 2 astrocytomas, 2 oligodendroglioma, 2 lipoma, 1 myeloma, 1 keratose, 1 metastatic tumor, 1 angeioma, and 1 neurinoma.24 cases were treated by surgeon.

结果 病理证实室管膜瘤13例，星形细胞瘤2例，少枝胶质细胞瘤2例，脂肪瘤2例，骨髓瘤、转移瘤、血管瘤、角化物、神经鞘瘤各1例。24例行手术治疗。

P 0.05. Total ruminal bacteria, proteolytic and amylolytic bacteria, and protozoa in rumen enumerated by culture method all increased (P 0.05) in the Trial period. Real-time PCR analysis was used to compare Pre-trial and Trial populations of cellulolytic species, including Butyrivibrio fibrisolvens, Ruminococcus flavefaciens and Ruminococcus albus, which were increased by 7.0, 4.5 and 9.6%(P 0.05), respectively. Two starch-fermenting bacteria species, Streptococcus bovis and Ruminobacter amylophilus, were increased by 25.4% and 14.6%(P 0.05), respectively.

3.02，P 0.05。传统培养法结果表明，与对照期相比，BSN2处理期奶牛瘤胃中瘤胃细菌、蛋白分解菌、淀粉分解菌和原虫数量显著增加；实时定量PCR结果表明，试验期奶牛瘤胃纤维分解菌，包括溶纤维丁酸弧菌、黄色瘤胃球菌和白色瘤胃球菌数量分别提高6.97%、4.51%和9.6%(P 0.05)，两种淀粉分解菌，牛链球菌和嗜淀粉瘤胃杆菌分别提高25.4%和14.6%(P 0.05)，乳酸利用菌埃氏巨球型菌也提高8.85%(P 0.05)。

The expression of NSE was detected in cortex of adrenal cortical hyperplasia, cortical adenomas and pheochromoeyte carcinoma, hut not in that of pheochromocytoma and normal adrenal. The expression of SYN was detected in cortex of corticohyperplassia, cortical adenomas, medull neoplasm, chromophile tumor and pheochromocyte carcinoma, but not in that of cortical adenocarcinoma and normal adrenal. The expressions of CgA, NSE and SIN were detected in the medulla of all cases. Conclusion The characteristic of CgA, SYN and NSE in cortex and medulla of adrenal are useful in the differential diagnosis of tumor and hyperplasia in the adrenal.

结果 肾上腺皮质腺瘤、皮质腺癌、嗜铬细胞瘤和嗜铬细胞癌的皮质中均可见CgA染色阳性细胞，皮质增生、髓质增生和正常肾上腺病例皮质CgA染色阴性；肾上腺皮质增生、皮质腺瘤、皮质腺癌、髓质增生和嗜铬细胞癌NSE染色呈阳性，嗜铬细胞瘤和正常肾上腺皮质NSE染色呈阴性；皮质增生、皮质腺瘤、髓质增生、嗜铬细胞瘤和嗜铬细胞癌的皮质中SYN染色呈阳性，皮质腺癌和正常肾上腺皮质SYN染色呈阴性；所有病例髓质CgA、NSE和SYN染色均呈强阳性。

实验采用S_(180)、H_(22)两种瘤株，以昆明利，小鼠为研究对象，对体内的抑瘤作用、生命延长作用进行研究；对S_(180)荷瘤小鼠免疫功能影响的研究；采用碳粒廓清法研究该药对巨噬细胞吞噬功能影响的研究；采用ELISA法检测S_(180)荷瘤小鼠外周血TNF含量；采用免疫组化法测定S_(180)小鼠瘤组织中p53蛋白的含量并观察瘤细胞的病理形态。

In Part 1 of our research, BGSCs were sorted through immunomagnetic beads marking by CD133 and cultured in vitro, and character as a stem cell was identified by stem cell markers (CD133 and Nestin) and differentiated cell markers [ microtubule-associated protein 2(MAP2), glial acidic fibrillary protein and myelin basic protein] , ultrastructure observing with electron microscopeand engrafting to severe combined immunodeficiency mice for tumorigenesis test. The results were as following: Only a small subset of CD133+ glioma cells in glioma cell lines and fresh specimens from various pathologic grade could express stem cell markers CD133 and Nestin, view ultrastructure of a stem cell and be capacity of serial passage in culture. These CD133+ cells possese a marked capacity for multipotent differentiation and could differentiate into tumor cells expressing MAP2,β-TubulinⅢ, GFAP and MBP; When engrafted into SCID mice, they can generate and form tumors that phenotypically resembl the tumor from the patient.

在本课题中，在第一部分实验中采用以CD133为标志的免疫磁珠法从人脑胶质瘤组织和细胞株中分离脑胶质瘤干细胞并进行体外培养，通过免疫荧光技术检测干细胞标志物CD133、Nestin，诱导分化后检查分化细胞标志物MAP2、GFAP、MBP以及电镜超微结构观察和移植SCID鼠致瘤实验，对其干细胞特性加以鉴定，得到如下结果：不同病理分级的新鲜胶质瘤标本和胶质瘤细胞株中存在一小部分CD133+的胶质瘤细胞，能表达干细胞的标志物CD133和Nestin，符合干细胞的超微结构特点，体外培养能连续传代；具有多向分化潜能：诱导分化后能产生MAP2、β-TubulinⅢ、GFAP、MBP染色阳性的细胞；移植SCID鼠后能形成与亲本肿瘤表型一致的移植瘤。
