结果 误诊为肾癌的良性占位病变22例，其中肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤合并出血7例，局灶型黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎6例，肾多发性囊性肾瘤4例，肾平滑肌瘤2例，肾脓肿2例，肾纤维脂肪瘤1例。

Results All the 7 cases were female, 2 cases were solitary fibrous tumor, 2 cases were myofibroblastoma, 1 case was inflammatory myofibroblastic tumour, 1 case was fibromatosis, and 1 case was low grade myofibroblastic sarcoma.

结果 7例患者均为女性，2例为孤立性纤维性肿瘤；2例为肌纤维母细胞瘤；1例为纤维瘤病；1例为炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤；1例为低度恶性肌纤维母细胞肉瘤。

The pathology of tumours included 8 cases of phechoromocytoma(1 case appears malignancy),4 cases of ganglioneuroma,4 cases of adrenal myelolipoma, 2 cases of melanoma,4 cases of other lesions. Current median follow up ,available on 19 patients,was 14 months(ranges 3 to 47),no local recurrence and metastases was observed.

术后病理报告：嗜铬细胞瘤8例其中1例恶性），髓样脂肪瘤4例，神经节细胞瘤4例，脂肪肉瘤2例，其它病变4例。3例失访，19例随访3～47个月，平均14±9个月，未见局部复发和转移。

Methods:The CT and MPd features of rare adrenal neoplasms verified with operation and pathology were investigated retrospectively in 21 eases. The tumor included adrenal cyst 8 cases, myelolipoma 7 cases, ganglioneuroma 3 cases, neurofibrroma, primary malignant lymphoma and malignant mesothe lioma 1 eases respectively.

对21例经手术和病理证实的肾上腺少见肿瘤的CT、MRI表现进行回顾性分析，包括囊肿8例、髓质脂肪瘤7例、神经节细胞瘤3例、神经纤维瘤、原发恶性淋巴瘤及恶性间皮瘤各1例。

The PSCA_3 fragment was selected for its superior expression level in eukaryotic cells.Then the sig-PSCA_3-Fc-GPI genetic fragment was cloned into pVAX1-neo-IRES-GM/B7 vector to construct the final immunological inhanced DNA vaccine pVAX1-PSCA_3-FcGB. Immunofluorescence and flow cytometry were used to confirm the expression of PSCA_3 fragment by transfected into Cos7 cell.Finally,the anti-tumor effect of pVAX1-PSCA_3-FcGB was tested in murine prostate cancer model generated by RM-1 cell line.The animal was immunized with pVAX1-PSCA_3-FcGB DNA vaccine by intramuscular injection plus electroporation,pVAX1 and pVAX1-PSCA_1-FcGB plasmid were used as control.The inhibitory effect of tumor was investigated by observion of forming time,volume and inhibition ratio of tumor.Results:DNA sequencing conformed that the heterological PSCA fusion antigen fragment which was synchronized by overlapping-extending-PCR,was consistent to design.Enzyme digestion analysis showed that the 1 to 4 copies heterological PSCA fusion antigen fragments were constructed successfully.

方法(1)检索GenBank，选择包含人主要T细胞抗原表位序列的人PSCA基因片段，应用异种化抗原设计技术，保留人T细胞抗原表位，设计异种化PSCA融合抗原片段；(2)根据核酸序列按中心模板法设计引物，应用重叠延伸PCR技术拼接合成异种化PSCA融合抗原片段基因，以PCR、限制性酶切和DNA序列测定法进行鉴定：(3)利用DNA限制性内切酶BssHⅡ和MluⅠ酶切后粘端互补的特点，采用同尾酶法构建1—4拷贝异种化PSCA融合抗原片段(PNCA_1-PSCA_4)，并将上述片段分别插入真核表达载体pCI-neo-Fc-GPI中，转染293T细胞，借助免疫荧光+流式细胞术考察插入片段表达效率，最终选定PSCA_3片段进行下一步研究；(4)将sig-PSCA_3-Fc-GPI基因片段自pCI-PSCA_3-Fc-GPI质粒上切下，插入pVAX1-neo-IRES—GM/B7载体中，构建免疫增效DNA疫苗pVAX1-PSCA_3-FcGB，并应用转染Cos7细胞+免疫荧光/流式细胞术方法鉴定其在真核细胞中的表达情况；(5)给8周龄雄性C57BL/6小鼠皮下种植RM-1细胞，制备小鼠前列腺癌模型，并采用股四头肌肌肉注射+电脉冲法(Electroporation，EP)接种DNA疫苗质粒pVAX1-PSCA_3-FcGB，同时接种pVAX1空载体质粒和pVAX1-PSCA_1-FcGB质粒作为对照，通过观察计算免疫动物的成瘤时间、肿瘤体积和抑瘤率，来评价该DNA疫苗在小鼠体内的抑瘤效果。

Methods Granulocyte/macrophage colony stimulating factors and interleukin 4 were used to cultivate DC from peripheral blood of hepatocellular carcinoma patients.Tumor associated antigen extracted from human liver cancer HepG2 cell line was used to activate the DC,which will initiate homogenic T lymphocyte to form cytotoxic T lymphocyte.HepG2 cells were transplanted to the nude mice and were treated with CTL.Expression of PCNA in tumor cells was evaluated.

联合应用粒/巨细胞集落刺激因子及白介素-4(IL-4)直接从肝癌患者外周血中培养出DC；以源于人肝癌细胞系HepG2细胞的肿瘤抗原粗提物刺激DC；DC激活同源的T淋巴细胞产生细胞毒性T淋巴细胞；建立人肝癌细胞系HepG2裸鼠移植瘤模型；CTL治疗人肝癌细胞系HepG2裸鼠移植瘤；检测移植瘤标本肿瘤细胞PCNA表达水平。

已报道的粘液囊骨软骨瘤病病例包括跟骨后、肩峰下及喙突下粘液囊的骨软骨瘤病；然而，据我们所知，髌骨下粘液囊骨软骨瘤病的报道却从未在英文文献中见到过。

Methods: Mice were inoculated with tumor cells. Inhibitory effect of transfection with pCH510 on murine tumor origined from different inoculative dose and inhibiting effect of immediate transfection pCH510 after chemotherapy on tumor were observed, respectively. By cell culture technique, the influence of chemotherapeutic drug to activation of marcrophages and lymphocytes after i.p. injection of drug was observed. By cell counting method, the kinetics of the change of number of peripheral blood immunocytes induced by administration of chemotherapeutic drug was observed. The inhibitory effect of transfection with pCH510 five days after chemotherapy on murine tumor was observed.

采用瘤细胞接种建立小鼠肿瘤模型：通过基因转染，观察pCH510对不同接种量所形成的小鼠肿瘤的抑制作用以及小鼠肿瘤化疗后立即进行pCH510转染的抑瘤效果；采用细胞培养技术，观察小鼠体内注射化疗药物后，其对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞和脾淋巴细胞激活功能的影响；采用细胞计数的方法，观察化疗药物所致小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞和外周血免疫细胞数量变化的动力学；另外小鼠肿瘤化疗后第5天进行pCH510转染，观察抑瘤效果。
