利用四头装有瘤胃和皱胃瘘管的阉公羊以及四头未装瘘管的阉公羊进行两系列实验，测定通过瘤胃蛋白、皱胃氨基酸通过量以及瘤胃消化代谢和氮的利用。

Through all this test analyse Pathogenicity and Immunological status of ALV-J Inner Mongolia strain, the result showed the infected chickens began to have pathological change of Myelcytomatosis at 3-week: the main pathological changes of acidophile myelocyte were found in bone marrow and between cardiac muscle fibers,and there were many granules in the hyalotome.This kind of oncocyte proliferated in every tissue at different amount, but the cells that proliferated in bone marrow, cardiac muscle fiber, oarium were much more than other tissue, and they often developed neoplasma. At same condition,there were no abnormalty advent in control group, In immunological aspect: the increase of lymphokine and ANAE positive cells showed cell-mediated immunity was strengthend during antineoplastic infection; the emergence of ALV-J antibody of ELISA suggest there was humoral immunity exist at the same time.

结果显示：脾脏PCR检测结果表明1、2两实验组均有阳性病例出现，而对照组全部为阴性，说明实验鸡体内已有ALV-J内蒙株感染；接种病毒后3周龄开始出现骨髓细胞瘤病的病理变化：肝脏、脾脏有程度不同的肿大，镜下观察，骨髓内最早出现了与骨髓细胞相似、形态基本一致的大型圆形或椭圆形、胞核较大多为椭圆形、胞浆内含有大量嗜酸性圆形颗粒的髓细胞样瘤细胞增生，随后通过血流瘤细胞可转移到肝脏、心肌、卵巢或睾丸等组织并形成肿瘤性病灶，而对照组没有出现明显病变；免疫状态方面：以脾脏淋巴因子和ANAE阳性细胞增多说明细胞免疫在抗肿瘤感染过程中增强，ELISA检验实验鸡抗体出现阳性的结果表明同时也存在着体液免疫。

Abstract］ objective to study the pathological features and histopathological type and differential diagnosis of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia.methods the clinicopathological characteristics of 40 cases of fnh were studied.all were evaluted by use of paraffin embedded sections and he staining before light microcope observation.results there were 28 females and 12 males fnh patients whose age were from 16 to 62 years（median 41.3）,all alpha-fetoprotein was negative and had no hepatitis history.25 cases were classic type showed characteristic central stellate fibrotic scar,composed of fibrous connestive tissue and tortuous blood vessels.8 cases were telangiectic type,the left were mixed type and adenomatoid type.conclusion fnh is a reactive proliferation of hepatic cells to local blood vessel anomalies,it is not realy a tumor.its differential diagnosis includes hepatic adenomatous hyperplasia nodule,hepatic anaplasia nodular hyperplasia,fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatocellular adenoma.

目的 探讨肝局灶性结节性增生的病理形态特点、组织分型及鉴别诊断。方法分析40例肝局灶性结节性增生的临床资料，并采用石蜡包埋he染色光镜下观察其组织学特点。结果 40例肝局灶性结节性增生患者中，女28例，男12例，年龄18~62岁，平均年龄41.3岁，所有病例术前均无肝炎病史，甲胎蛋白阴性，组织学上25例为经典型，有特征性的中央纤维瘢痕，由纤维结缔组织及扭曲血管组成。8例为毛细血管扩张型，其余为混合型及腺瘤样增生型。结论肝结节性增生是一种肝细胞对局部血管的异常反应性增生，并非真性肿瘤，主要与肝腺瘤样增生性结节、肝间变性结节状增生、肝纤维板层癌及肝细胞腺瘤鉴别。

According to pathological examinations, 6 of 18 cases were with meningiomas, 6 with metastatic tumors, 4 with inflammatory granuloma, 1 with cavernous angioma, and 1 with glioma.

本组18例病理结果：脑膜瘤6例，转移瘤6例，炎性肉芽肿4例，海绵状血管瘤1例，胶质瘤1例。术后神经功能保护良好，无手术并发症及死亡。

The recognition of this entity is of great importance to both pathologists and clinicians because atypical cellular neurofibroma is clever at masquerading both histologically and cytologically as a sarcoma; therefore, a precise diagnosis of this variant is essential because of the differences in treatment and clinical behavior between benignancy and malignancy.
