Results among 34 cases of orbital tumor,29 cases were with benign tumor, 5 cases of malignant tumor, 8 cases of hemangioma,5 cases of dermoid,5 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor,3 cases of liparomphalus,3 cases of haematoma,3 cases of mixed tumor of lacrimal gland,2 cases of optic nerve glioma, 2 cases of cancerometastasis,2 cases of adenocarcinoma,1 cases of malignant lymphoma.

结果 34例眼眶肿块患者中，良性肿块29例，恶性肿瘤5例；其中血管瘤8例，皮样囊肿5例，炎性假瘤5例，脂肪瘤3例，泪腺混合瘤3例，血肿3例，视神经胶质瘤2例，腺癌2例，转移性癌2例，恶性淋巴瘤1例。

A total of 150 mesenchymal neoplasms of the GI tract, abdominal cavity, and retroperitoneum were retrieved from consult and surgical pathology archives, including 54 GISTs (8 KIT-negative; 13 desmin-positive), 17 GI leiomyosarcomas, 11 GI mural leiomyomas, 13 leiomyomas of the muscularis mucosae, 12 gastric schwannomas, 15 inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors, 9 cases of mesenteric desmoid fibromatosis, 10 dedifferentiated liposarcomas, and 9 malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors.

我们从会诊病例及活检病例中找出150例间叶性肿瘤（来自胃肠道、腹腔和后腹膜），其中包括54例GISTs（8例KIT阴性、13例desmin阳性）、17例GI道平滑肌肉瘤、11例GI道肌壁间平滑肌瘤、13例GI道粘膜肌层平滑肌瘤、12例胃的神经鞘瘤、15例炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤、9例肠系膜韧带样纤维瘤、10例去分化型脂肪肉瘤和9例恶性外周神经鞘膜瘤。

Results Masses were located at the branch of common carotid artery,so the interval between external and internal carotid arteries was enlarged.Low echoic substantial masses with clearly boundary were found.The bigger masses always grew around carotid arteries.More color flow signals were detected in the masses and most were arterial flow.

结果 颈动脉体瘤肿块位于颈总动脉分叉处，颈内及颈外动脉间距增宽，瘤体常呈实质性低回声，边界清晰，较大瘤体常围绕血管生长；彩色多普勒超声显示肿瘤内丰富彩色血流信号，以动脉血流为主，能显示瘤体与颈动脉的关系。

Its a practical method to classify pituitary adenoma with a combination of multi-measures: immunohistochemistry, ultrastructure and endocrinal characteristics; Nm23, Ki-67 and microvessel density play an important role in the biological behaviour of pituitary adenoma, and there exist co-relations between the three. The examination of the three helps to determine the biological behaviour of pituitary adenoma, as well as to supervise treatment and prognostic evaluation.

Results Of 620 cases of large intestine adenoma confirmed by enteroscope biopsy, 40 cases of adenoma canceration were found by postoperative pathological examination.

Methods Nuclear β-catenin expression was detected by immunohistochemistry in 77 lesions with desmoid-type fibromatosis and 171 other spindle cell lesions, including superficial fibrmoatosis (n=18), nodular fasciitis (n=36), keloid (n=16), scar (n=10), granulation tissue (n=9), synovial sarcoma (n=38), neufibroma (n=13), solitary fibrous tumor (n=12), gastrointestinal stromal tumor (n=10), low-grade myxofibrosarcoma (n=3), low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma (n=3), and smooth muscle tumor (n=10). In addition, the immunohistochemical expressions of ER-α, ER-β and Ki-67 were examined in all of the lesions with desmoid-type fibromatosis. The nuclear immunohistochemical staining for nuclear βcatenin and ER-β was graded as high level (≥25% of cells), low level (5%-25%) or none.

采用免疫组织化学染色法检测77例韧带样型纤维瘤病和171例其它良、恶性梭形细胞病变（包括结节性筋膜炎36例、浅部纤维瘤病11例、瘢痕疙瘩16例、增生性瘢痕10例、肉芽组织9例、滑膜肉瘤38例、神经纤维瘤13例、孤立性纤维性肿瘤12例、胃肠间质肿瘤10例、低度恶性黏液纤维肉瘤3例、低度恶性纤维黏液样肉瘤3例及平滑肌肿瘤10例）组织中β-catenin核阳性的表达，同时检测韧带样型纤维瘤病中ER-α、ER-β和Ki-67的表达。

Results Among 85 cases, 46 cases were lipomas, Twenty-seven cases were sebaceous cysts, 19 cases were angeiomas, 8 cases were fibroids, 5 cases were ganglionic cysts, 3 cases were neurilemmomas,1 case was dermal nevus, 1 cases was fattey necrosis, 1 case was adipositis, 1 case was foreign-body granuloma,1 case was calcified epithelioma.

回顾性分析85例体表良性肿块的超声表现，总结其声像图特征，所有病例均经手术病理证实。结果 85例中脂肪瘤46例，皮脂腺囊肿27例，血管瘤19例，纤维瘤8例，腱鞘滑液囊肿5例，神经鞘膜瘤3例，皮肤痣、脂肪坏死、脂膜炎、异物肉芽肿、钙化上皮瘤各1例。

Had intracystic nodules. Conclusion Papillary craniopharyngiomas have characteristic pathologic and MR appearances. On MR imaging, they should be differentiated from pituitary adenoma,glioma,and metastasis.

鳞状乳头型颅咽管瘤是一组具有明确组织学及影像学特征的肿瘤，在MRI上主要与垂体瘤、下丘脑胶质瘤及转移瘤相鉴别。

Results There were 8 angiomyolipomas, 2 leiomyomas, 2 multilocular cystic nephromas, 1 hemangioma and 1 mesoblastic nephroma. Only multilocular cystic nephroma and leiomyoma have special characteristics that can be determined from RCC.

典型的平滑肌瘤和多囊性肾瘤在CT上有可与肾癌鉴别的特征性表现：平滑肌瘤为规则圆形，边界清楚，密度均匀，CT值略高于肾实质，无钙化，弱强化；多囊性肾瘤为边界清楚的包块，可见边缘锐利含多个分隔的肿块，分隔之间为囊腔，囊内容物的CT值与水相似或稍高，而错构瘤、海绵状血管瘤、慢性肾脓肿、中胚层肾瘤在CT上无法与肾癌鉴别。
