An electric skin abrader was used to smooth the superficial scars in different positions. The wounds were treated locally with MEBO. Result: 108 patients with superficial scars received abrasion and MEBO treatment.

AbstractAIM: To evaluate the efficacy of Avastin on treating the bleb fibrosis after trabeculectomy in rabbits.

目的：探讨Avastin抑制兔眼小梁切除术后滤过泡纤维瘢痕形成的作用。

Results There was no apparent gender difference among 14 patients. 9 patients were younger than 30 years old. Pathological examination showed that bronchial infiltration of eosinophils in 14 patient (100%), thickened basement membrane of the bronchial mucosa in 12 patients (85.7%), proliferation of smooth muscle cells in 11 patients (78.6%), proliferative mucous gland in 9 patients (64.3%), mucous plug in bronchiole in 8 patients (57.1%), and cicatvization of left ventricle in 10 patients (71.4%).

结果哮喘猝死患者无性别差异，年龄30岁以下者9例(64.3%)；病理改变的特点为支气管管壁嗜酸细胞浸润14例(100%)，粘膜基底膜增厚12例(85.7%)，支气管平滑肌细胞增生11例(78.6%)，粘液腺增生、肥大9例(64.3%)，细支气管内粘液栓形成8例(57.1%)；左心室壁瘢痕形成10例(71.4%)，病变主要位于左心室侧壁和心尖部。

Palatal fistulae were repaired by this method, 4 pedicled superior-anteriorly and 14 pedicled posteriorly, 7 of which got velopharyngeal incompetence correction at the same time. Results All of the patients got satisfactory fistula closure except 3 complications. One flap got partly necrosis and two got fistulae at the hard palate. However, the fistula sizes were reduced greatly and one has been re-repaired well by the transferred buccinator musculomucosal flap one year later.

结果：共修复腭瘘患者18例；其中15例腭部瘘孔获得关闭，颊肌黏膜瓣成活良好，无感染、腮腺导管损伤或阻塞、面神经损伤，无张口受限、瘢痕挛缩及咀嚼障碍；2例因岛状颊肌粘膜瓣远端愈合不良再次出现硬腭前端瘘口，但面积较原来明显减小，其中1例再发腭瘘应用已转移到腭部的颊肌粘膜瓣组织行二次手术修复后愈合；1例岛状颊肌粘膜瓣部分坏死。

ResultsOf the 35 cases followed up for three months to a year, no obvious scar has been formed with the modest caruncle and smooth eyelid line.

结果：本组35例随访3个月~1年未见明显的瘢痕形成，泪阜显露适中，重睑线流畅。

通过对糖尿病合并创面难愈、烧伤创面的进行性损害以及增生性瘢痕形成的机制研究，我们发现：糖尿病代谢紊乱所致皮肤组织中糖含量增高和代谢产物蓄积引起的皮肤微环境改变，是导致糖尿病创面难愈的始动因素之一；烧伤后的组织进行性损害的发生发展取决于&间生态&组织的病理转归；真皮组织缺损导致的模板作用缺失可能是引起增生性瘢痕形成的始动环节。

Low reaction of fetus to inflammation, different extracellular matrix, component of collagen fiber and cell factors may take part in scarless healing process. Regulation of gene expression may play an important role in the process. But the concrete mechanism of scarless healing is not clear yet and still needs more researches and elucidations.

胎儿对炎症的低反应性、胎儿不同的细胞外基质、胶原纤维的成分、细胞因子可能也参与了无瘢痕愈合过程、基因表达调控在其过程中可能也起重要作用，但无瘢痕愈合的具体机制还不明了，有待进一步研究阐明。
