30 eyes of superficial corneal diseases including corneal dystrophy 12 eyes,scar after infection 7 eyes, dimmer nummular keratitis 6 eyes,scar after trauma 3 eyes and band degeneration 2 eyes were treated with PTK, and examined the uncorrected visual acuity,best corrected visual acuity and refraction respectively at one week,one month,three months and six months after PTK.The analysis of variance and chi-square test were used.

对角膜浅层病变30眼，包括角膜营养不良12眼，感染后角膜瘢痕7眼，钱币状角膜炎6眼，外伤性角膜瘢痕3眼和角膜带状变性2眼行PTK治疗，于术后1周、1、3、6月分别检查裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力和屈光状态等并回顾分析其疗效。

ResultsFour different surgical techniques were used for the treatment of Axillary Osmidrosis. 272 cases were treated by traditional radical cure excision and 'Z' plasty was used for half of them.

结果：四种主要手术方法中传统的腋臭根治性切除术272例治疗彻底，只有3例(1.1%)有残留气味，但切口瘢痕长，要求修复瘢痕者有36例。

Low reaction of fetus to inflammation, different extracellular matrix, component of collagen fiber and cell factors may take part in scarless healing process. Regulation of gene expression may play an important role in the process. But the concrete mechanism of scarless healing is not clear yet and still needs more researches and elucidations.

染色，Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原免疫组化，Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原原位杂交。结果胎鼠伤口愈合快，组织结构再生完全，没有瘢痕形成，胶原呈网状正常排列，Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白及表达均增多，同时伴细胞数增多，Ⅲ型胶原首先形成网状排列；成年伤口胶原纤维沉积慢，平行排列的胶原逐渐呈束状填塞伤口以致瘢痕形成，伤口内Ⅰ、Ⅲ型前胶原mRNA表达均增多，细胞数目增多不明显。

Results There are 60 cases of sincipital presentation (30.9%), 43 cases of anterior asynelitism (22.1%), 2 cases of fetal macrosomia (1%), 43 cases of unsatisfied in anaesthesia (22.1%), 2 cases of section beneath the scared uterus (1%), 10 cases of small sections (5.2%) and 21 cases of unknown etiology (10.8%) in the 194 cases of improved cesarean section.
