Results Comparing with the traditional circular areolar incision, the new incision was more occult and resulted in less obvious scar. The procedure of implantation was easy and practical. The undermining areolar region still had postoperation sensory disability although it was faily light.

结果 本组患者289例，隆乳术后切口瘢痕更加隐蔽，假体置入容易，手术操作灵活实用，乳晕部剥离范围内感觉障碍仍然存在但较轻微，乳头感觉良好，切口疤痕几乎看不见。

Methods Thirty-six patients with caustic esophageal stricture were treated with colon interposition,the colon were brought up to the neck by retrosternal route and the esophagus were performed exclusion,four patients with atresic hypopharynx were treated with two staged operations.

采用结肠代食管治疗36例食管腐蚀性瘢痕狭窄的患者，均经胸骨后径路上提结肠、腐蚀性食管狭窄段旷置，4例合并下咽闭锁的病人分两期手术。

Among them,12 ears used epiderm had continous dilatation for 3～6 months,and no constrictive or atretic condition occured;7 ears used intermediate split thickness skin graft had no dilatation after operation,and no scars in donor;4 ears used skin flap had no dilatation after operation,and no constrictive or atretic condition in external auditory canal.
