Methods Specimens of neurofibroma tissue, keloid and normal skin were collected. The distribution and expression of CTGF was measured by immunohistochemistry. The mRNA expression of CTGF, TGF-β1,ColⅠ and ColⅢ was detected by reverse transcription- polymerase chain reaction. Expression of CTGF protein was measured by western blotting.

收集神经纤维瘤组织、瘢痕疙瘩组织及正常皮肤组织标本，免疫组化检测CTGF的表达，逆转录-聚合酶链式反应方法检测组织CTGF、TGF-β1、Ⅰ型胶原及Ⅲ型胶原 mRNA表达，Western blotting检测组织CTGF蛋白的表达。

Conduits absorption and surrounding tissue cicatrization were observed at 1、2、4 weeks after neurotomy. And the nerve regeneration and functional recovery were evaluated by electrophysiology, histological changes, morphometric analysis, and weighing of gastrocnemius muscles at 6, 8 weeks afterneurotomy.

分别于术后1、2、4周观察桥接鞘管周围的瘢痕形成及吸收情况，并于术后6、8周行神经电生理、组织学观察、图象分析、腓肠肌湿重检测，比较各组大鼠坐骨神经的再生与功能恢复情况。

Results The excellent rate of razor skin graft was 45.6% but the graft led to claw hands of different degrees, scar contracture and joint malformation; the excellent rate of flap graft was 100% with good function recovery and nice appearance; medium-thickness skin graft, full-thickness skin graft and composite skin graft showed out close results, the excellent rates were from 90% to 94%.

结果 刃厚皮片移植优良率45.6%，刃厚皮片移植术后，存在不同程度的"爪形手"、瘢痕挛缩、关节畸形等。皮瓣移植优良率100%，术后功能较好，外观优良。中厚皮片移植、全厚皮片移植及复合皮移植效果接近，优良率为90%～94%。

Results Nice configuration and good function were maintained in all cases. Conclusion The technique of eliminating vertical scar with inferior pedicle nipple-areolar flap in reduction mammaplasty is a reasonable method to obtain nice breast configuration and good function.

结果：21例患者术后双乳对称，下垂状况纠正，体积缩小，乳头乳晕感觉良好，术后瘢痕隐蔽。2例合并副乳，1例合并乳头内陷的患者同时手术切除矫正。2例乳晕表皮营养不良、部分坏死，经换药愈合。
