Objective Retrospective analysis of treatment of recurred cicatrical entropion after Hotz operation with mostly tarsectomy.

目的 探讨睑板大部切除治疗Hotz术后复发性上睑瘢痕性睑内翻的方法。

Methods For 15 cases of recurred cicatrical entropion after Hotz operation, except of superior edge, Inferior edge and fundal part, excise mostly tarsus, suture inferior margin of the skin excision on the levator aponeurosis, make extropion after operation.

对14例15眼Hotz术后复发性瘢痕性上睑内翻，除保留上下缘及底部少许睑板外，切除大部的睑板，将皮肤切口的下缘缝于睑板上缘的上睑提肌的键膜上，术毕时使上睑外翻。

The patients' symptoms completely disappeared. Conclusion Treatment of recurred cicartical entropion after Hotz operation with mostly tarsectomy had reliable effect.

用睑板大部切除矫正Hotz术后复发性上睑瘢痕性睑内翻，疗效可靠，操作简便，不易复发。

This simple and easy method is suitable for most treatments of the epicanthus, and it can be accepted by most of the customers because no obvious scar after surgery will be formed.

该方法简单易行适合大部分内眦赘皮，术后瘢痕不明显为大部分顾客所接受。

结果79例妊娠期外阴尖锐湿疣病人，通过心理护理，情绪良好75例，心态平稳4例；经液氮冷冻和MEBO联合治疗后，皮损创面1周~2周愈合，术后无明显瘢痕；术后第3个月无新增赘生物，继续随访至6个月，无一例复发，无一例发生不良反应，无一例病人终止妊娠。
