The subcrustal empyema vanished. All the wounds healed as expected. 2 cases with 3rd degree wound healed after skin grafting. 14 cases with deep 2nd degree wound had skin pigment faded (70%). Hyperplastic scar formation rate was 25.0%(%/20). Third degree wounds healed with superficial type scar.

结果：创面形成的药痂或污物溶解迅速，易於清除，痂下积脓消失；各种类型的创面均能在预期内愈合；其中2例Ⅲ度创面经植皮治疗愈合；深Ⅱ度皮肤色素减退者14例(70%)，瘢痕增生率为25.0%(5/20)；Ⅲ度创面均留有浅表型瘢痕。

Methods The design of burn scar flaps in tendo calcaneus was improved. In virtue of accessary transverse incision, ankle joints were reposited, without incision or free liberation of the internal side's scar flap.Results Improved scar flaps in tendo calcaneus met the need of ankle joints' functional reposition with an additional benefit that internal scar flaps were not prone to necrosis.

对跟腱瘢痕瓣进行改良设计，不切开内侧瓣内缘切口，内侧瘢痕瓣不游离，借助辅助横切口，将踝关节复位，同时观察早期烧伤创面的不同处理方法和伤后至手术时间的长短对功能复位的影响。

Methods From October 2004 to 2007, we used this flap in 5 patients (1 for antecubital fossa, two for axillary fossa and two for popliteal fossa). The efficacy and versatility of this flap was studied. The time between burn and our reconstructive operation was more than 6 months.

2004年10月～2007年初，利用双蒂瘢痕组织皮瓣共治疗了5例关节部位瘢痕组织挛缩畸形的患者，1例为肘关节，2例为腋窝，2例为膝关节，手术均在伤后半年以上进行。
