In a 4×4 latin square design four steers (500±50) kg with permanent rumen and abomasum cannulae were fed on the different type of diets to study the effects of fiber digestion and VFA in the rumen on the methane production.

Researchful results were as follows: Trial one Effects of abomosal infusion of casein on lactating and arterial plasma amino acids in dairy goats Three healthy dairy goats, conform milk yield and lactation in initial stages were used to observe the effects of abomosai infusion of different amounts of casein by abomasum's fistula on lactating performance ,the relativity between AA in duodenum and AA in arterial plasma .

研究结果如下：试验一真胃灌注酪蛋白对奶山羊泌乳性能和动脉血浆氨基酸浓度的影响以4只体况良好、产奶量相近、泌乳早期的奶山羊为试验动物，由真胃瘘管灌注不同数量的酪蛋白改变动脉血浆氨基酸水平，观察奶山羊泌乳性能、以及小肠氨基酸数量和动脉氨基酸数量之间的关系，研究小肠氨基酸水平对乳蛋白合成的影响。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of the congenital first branchial cyst and fistula.

Cases treated by incision and thread drawing with 1 recurred(average healing time 20.22±5.24 days); 32 cases by incision suture plus internal opening drainage with 3 recurred(average healing time 22.84±6.66 days); 34 cases by fistulectomy and primary suture with 5 recurred( average healing time 25.56 ±7.51 days);32 cases by fistulotomy with 6 recurred(average healing time 30.43±10.72 days).

结果：随访5～10个月(平均7 2个月)，切开挂线术37例，复发1例，平均愈合时间(20 22±5 24)d；切缝内口引流术32例，复发3例，平均愈合时间(22 84±6 66)d；瘘管摘除缝合术34例，复发5例，平均愈合时间(25 56±7 51)d；瘘管旷置术32例，复发6例，平均愈合时间(30 43±10 72)d。

Low complex anal fistula usually can be treated by incisionsuture plus interal opening drainage or fistulectomy and primary suture, and high complex anal fistula by incision and thread drawing or fistulotomy.
