Objective: To evaluate the effect and safe of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy with the frequencydoubleddouble pulse laser in the treatment of complex kidney calculi.

目的：探讨经皮肾穿刺微造瘘治疗复杂性肾结石的安全性及有效性。

Four kinds of approaches are benefit to these malignant tumor patients, one step's percutaneous nephrostomy is especially safe and effective.

4种引流方法对恶性肿瘤患者的肾功能恢复均有积极作用，尤其是一步法经皮肾穿刺造瘘引流更有临床实用价值。

Materials and Methods 247 cases treated with percutaneous nephrostomy guided by Ultrosound and C-arm mobile fluroscopy were retrospectively investigated from January 2007 to April 2008 and the causes of complications and suitable treatments were analyzed.

材料与方法回顾性总结2007年1月至2008年4月，采用超声联合C臂血管机透视导向，对247例肾积水患者行经皮肾穿刺造瘘术，部分病例术中置入双J管，分析相关并发症的发病情况及其防治措施。

Results Out of the4527paˉtients treated by ESWL,stones were excreted completely from4512patients within2weeks;12patients who had comˉplication of the urethra stone street were cured by transcutaneous nephrocentesis,nephrostomy and ureterolithotomy through uretercystoscope;stones weretaken out by operation from the other3patients,from whom the excretion of stones was not possible.

结果 经ESWL治疗的4527例泌尿系结石病人中，4512例在2周内排尽结石，12例并发输尿管&石街&，加用经皮肾穿刺造瘘和输尿管镜取石治疗，3例中转手术治疗。

Methods: To analyze retrospectively 9 patients with stage C and stage D1 prostate cancer. All patients accepted the combined treatment of ~(125)I seeds intraoperative implantation, bitateral orchidectomy, and Flutaminde (250 mg every 8 hours) in this hospital.

对9例处于C期或D期的前列腺癌患者，经膀胱前列腺内植入~(125)I粒子，种植后行膀胱造瘘、双侧睾丸切除术并口服氟他胺250mg；观察患者症状、血象变化、肝功、B超或MRI扫描测定前列腺大小，每三个月观察PSA值变化。

Results:According to their anatomic location and vascular morphology,there were SDAVF in 3 cases,giant perimedullary AVF in one and intramedullary AVM in two.

结果：根据病变位置和血管形态、血流动力学改变，本组有3例符合硬膜动静脉瘘，1例为髓周的巨大AVF，2例为髓内型。
