Results 3 patients suffering bronchopleural fistula were all cured and 13 of 16 patients of anastomses leakage were cured, with a rate of 81.25%, the average hospital time was 46 days, one patient died of bleeding and one died of lung infection, the other gave up therapy and discharged selfly.

结果 3例支气管胸膜瘘患者全部治愈，16例胸内吻合口瘘患者治愈13例，治愈率为81.25%，平均住院日为46天，1例治疗中死于大呕血，1例死于肺部感染、呼吸循环衰竭，另1例放弃治疗出院。

Methods:46 case severy kind of anal fistula patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:treatment group (23 cases) Were treated with acellular extracellular matrix.Control group (23 cases) were treated with operations of anal fistula amputate.

将北京朝阳医院2007年1~8月门诊收治的46例肛瘘随机分为2组，治疗组（23例）采用脱细胞真皮基质材料填塞进行治疗，对照组（23例）采用肛瘘切除手术治疗。

Methods In 19 patients with nonmalignant tracheoesophageal fistulas in intensive care unit, 9 patients accepted PEG tubes inserted by push technique. The remaining 10 patients accepted the insert of self-expandable metallic stents and the stents were extracted 2 months later with the complete mucosal healing confirmed by endoscopy and typical swallow-cough sign.

19例良性气管食管瘘患者，9例行PEG留置造瘘管、10例行内镜下食管覆膜自膨式金属支架植入术，2个月后经内镜将金属支架取出，以吞咽—咳嗽征检测气管食管瘘是否完全愈合。

Those with rupture of the posterior urethra were managed according to different injury time,and those with intestinal rupture or vesicorectal penetrating wound were treated with intestinal repair or colostomy.Of all the cases,1 case was managed conservatively with indwelling catheter.

Conservative treatment is necessary for all patients with intestinal fistulas before curible operation is considered.

结果 高位肠瘘18例，其中8例早期手术3例治愈，10例保守治疗8例治愈，低位肠瘘16例，其中4例早期手术2例治愈，12例保守治疗10例治愈。

Results In the cases, 110 cases of low anal fistula were cured by incision-suture plus internal opening drainage with2 recurred; 50 cases of high anal fistula were treated by incision and thread drawing with 1 recurred, The average length of stay in hospital is 2.8 days.

结果 本组病例中低位肛瘘110例采用切缝内口引流术，高位肛瘘50例则采取切开挂线术，均治愈。前者复发2例，后者一例。

Low complex anal fistula usually can be treated by incisionsuture plus interal opening drainage or fistulectomy and primary suture, and high complex anal fistula by incision and thread drawing or fistulotomy.
