Methods:From April 2000 to June 2004, 135 cases with complex anal fistula were analyzed respectively who were treated by incision and thread drawing, incisionsuture of internal opening plus drainage, fistulectomy and primary suture, fistulotomy.Results:All cases were followedup for 5 to 10 months(average 7.2 months).

回顾性分析2000年3月至2004年12月复杂性肛瘘患者135例，分别进行切开挂线术、切缝内口引流术、瘘管摘除缝合术、瘘管旷置术等不同手术方法的处理。

采用高位挂线低位切开缝合术配合术后中药坐浴治疗68例高位复杂性肛瘘 1次治愈125例 2次治愈2例 3次治愈1例治愈率100%。

Objective:Observe the effects of the anal fistula treatment with acellular dermal matrix.

目的：研究脱细胞真皮基质材料治疗肛瘘的临床效果。

Seventeen cases achieved satisfactory effect,no chordee recurrences of penis,1 case occurred urinary fistula.

17例术后外观均满意，无下弯复发，1例发生尿瘘。

Results Of the 22 cases,7 cases had complications including pancreatic fistula 3 cases, intestinal adhesion 1.and mild diabetes 3 All of the conplications were curred with no one dead.

结果 全组22例，后期存有并发症7例，其中胰瘘3例，肠粘连1例，轻型糖尿病3例，均经治疗后痊愈。本组无死亡。

The correspon ding successful rate of repair of large fistulae were 50% and 86% respectively.

结果：改进前后的成功率分别为62.5%和89.0%，其中大瘘口的修补成功率分别为50%和86%，均有明显提高。

However, a third or fifth plugging was performed for 3 cases with 3-5 mm orificium fistulae.

Results 7 patients were healed,and 1 patient died of fistulae of duodenum and colon,abdominal infection,and multiple organs failure.

结果 本组8例中7例治愈，1例死亡，死于十二指肠及结肠瘘、腹腔感染及多器官功能衰竭。
