MethodsOn the basis of an anatomical s tu dy a new type of the pudendal-thigh flap pedicled on the obturator artery has been designed to repair rectovaginal fistual.

在解剖学研究的基础上，设计并应用以闭孔动、静脉前皮支为蒂的阴股沟岛状皮瓣修复阴道直肠瘘。

Type 2.The pudendal-thigh flap is pedicled on the anterior cutaneous branches of theobturator artery and may be used to repair rectovaginal fistula and small skin defects ofperineum.3 patients of rectovaginal fistula have been treated with the flaps and good resultshave been achieved.

意效果。●Ⅱ型：以闭孔动静脉前皮支为血管蒂的阴股沟皮瓣，供血血管为闭孔动脉前皮支，可用于会阴部较小皮肤缺损和阴道直肠瘘的修复；我们应用这种类型的皮瓣为3例

Resalt In these cases, the positions of hemorrhage of 64 patients were in lobe of brain; that of 33 patients was in basal ganglia; that of 29 patients was in cerebral ventricle and that of 9 patients was in cerebellum.

结果脑叶出血64例，基底节区出血33例，脑室出血29例，小脑出血9例DSA正常55例（占40.7％），异常80例（占59.3％），其中烟雾病43例、动-静脉畸形29例、动脉瘤6例、动-静脉瘘2例。8例复发性脑出血中DSA正常5例。

Postoperative complications were 11 cases(incidence rate was 30.56%),including 4 cases of subphrenic infection,2 cases of liver abscess,1 case of biliary fistula,2 cases of reheamorrhagia and 2 cases of mods.

术后出现并发症11例(发生率为30.56％)，其中，并发膈下感染4例，肝脓肿2例，胆瘘1例，再出血2例，mods 2例。

Results:Postoperactive complications occurred in 13 cases,including biliary fistula in 6 cases,incision infection in 2,intestinal obstruction in 2,subphrenic abscess in 2, all the complications were cured by various treatment.

结果13例发生术后并发症，其中胆外瘘6例，切口感染3例，粘连性肠梗阻和膈下感染各2例。2例膈下感染分别经穿刺引流和手术引流治愈，另11例经非手术治疗痊愈。
