Results:All 38 cases of patients in this group are non-line suprapubic cystostomy and with a satisfactory result.

结果：本组38例，全部未行耻骨上膀胱造瘘，效果满意。

Methods: 72 cases of BPH before urodynamics test, accorded to test results choosed a different method of treatment, which TURP56 cases, 8 cases of line prostatectomy, 5 cases of cystostomy surgery, 3 cases of conservative treatment.
