目的 研究银杏黄酮对三氯化铝所致痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆能力和海马内β-app阳性神经元的影响，以期探讨银杏黄酮抗老年性痴呆的作用机制。方法用三氯化铝致老年性痴呆模型大鼠为实验对象，以其学习记忆能力、背海马和齿状回内β-app阳性神经元的数量为指标，全面考察银杏黄酮抗老年性痴呆的作用。
