Raynauds phenomenon, arthralgia/arthritis, fever, muscle involvement, swollen hands/sclerodactyly and abnormally elevated IgG and ESR levels were seen frequently in the disease course. Morbidity of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis was 40%. Renal involvement was not found in 15 cases of MCTD patients.

首发症状主要为雷诺现象(86.7％)，其次为关节痛／关节炎(13.3％)；临床表现中雷诺现象、关节痛／关节炎、发热、肌无力／肌炎、手指肿胀常见，实验室指标中IgG和血沉增高发生率高，肺间质病变发生率为40％，15例MCTD均无明显肾脏受累。

The symptom occurrence rate of female was higher than that of male. Difference rate of SARS-CoV antibody was found among patients with arthralgia, palpitation or fidget. There was statistically significant difference between rate of SARS-CoV and time admission to the hospital.

结果 SARS临床确诊病例半年后的主要症状为气短、关节肌肉痛、心悸和烦躁；女性患者各种症状的发生率均高于男性；血清抗体与心悸、烦躁和肌肉关节痛的发生情况有统计学关联；血清抗体阳性率与入院时间有关联。

Clonidine (20ug/bilateral), an alpha agonist, produced similar effect as NA; while phentolamine (10ug/unilateral), an alpha antagonist, brought about an enhancement of AA, This phenomenon was observed in the acupuncture effective group, but not in the acupuncture uneffective one. However, propranolol (10ug/unilateral), a beta antagonist, had no effect on AA in these two groups.

结果表明，微量注射NA（0.5μg/单侧）能部分翻转针刺镇痛作用；α受体激动剂可乐定（20μg/双侧）也有同样作用；而α受体拮抗剂酚妥拉明（10μg/单侧）可以显著加强针刺有效组家兔的针刺镇痛作用，但对针刺无效组的痛阈无明显影响；β受体拮抗剂心得安（10μg/单侧）则对针刺有效或无效组的痛阈均无显著作用。

Result: Successful lithotripsy was achieved in 72 cases, two cases failed due to movement of calculus to pelvis and another two failed because of ureterostenosis at inferior segment. The successful rate of lithotripsy was 94.7%, The relief rate of renal colic was 97.4%.

结果：2例因结石上移至肾盂，2例因输尿管下段狭窄使输尿管无法到达结石部位手术失败，其余72例均碎石成功，术后当天肾绞痛缓解，碎石成功率为94.7%，术后肾绞痛缓解率为97.4%。
