Objective :To compare the outcome of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids combined external hemorrhoid dectomy with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy in a randomized controlled trial and evaluate its efficacy. Methods:72 cases adimitted for surgical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,were randomly devided to under go PPH combined external hemorrhoid dectomy(32 cases) or Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(40 cases).

目的：观察中西医结合治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法：采用外痔分区段剥离缝合、内痔齿线上小v剪口结扎、消痔灵液注射，术后用中药坐浴熏洗。结果：本组78例全部一次治愈，术后无大出血，肛门狭窄等并发症，1年后随访无1例复发，肛门功能正常。结论：本术式简单有效、治愈率高、并发症少，值得临床推广应用。
