痒疹

Objective To identify gene mutation of a epidermolysis bullosa pruriginosa family. Methods Polymerase chain reaction, DNA squencing, multiplex PCR using allele-specific oligonucleotide primers.

采用聚合酶链反应，DNA直接测序以及等位基因特异引物的多重PCR方法，对一个痒疹样大疱性表皮松解症家系40人（其中患者23例）进行基因突变情况检测。

Pruritus associated with severe renal failure (so-called uremic pruritus) is generalized and often associated with the appearance of hyperkeratotic prurigo nodulelike lesions (Kyrle's disease or the perforating disorder of renal failure or dialysis).

重症肾衰相关性瘙痒常为全身性，与角化过度性结节性痒疹损害（ Kyrle 病或肾衰和透析的穿刺）有关。

Objective To study the role of food intolerance-specific IgG and TNF-α in the pathogenesis of prurigo nodularis.

目的 探讨食物不耐受sIgG和TNF-α在结节性痒疹发病机制中的作用。

Prurigo nodularis is a chronic pruritic dermatosis of unknown etiology, characterized by firm, symmetrically localized hyperkeratotic pruritic papules and nodules.

结节性痒疹为一病因未明的慢性瘙痒性发疹性皮肤病。其特点为突出于皮面的角化过度的丘疹、结节，剧烈瘙痒，呈对称性分布。

Results According to observation of clinical therapeutic effect in this group,effective rate of chronic eczema,neurodermatitis,amyloidosis of skin,seborrhea dermatitis,contact dermatitis,prurigo nudularis are89.2%,93.75%,33.33%,78.57%,80.95%and40.00%respecˉtively.

结果 通过本组病人疗效观察痊愈+显效率分别为慢性湿疹89.28%，神经性皮炎93.75%，皮肤淀粉样变33.33%，脂溢性皮炎78.57%，接触性皮炎80.95%，结节性痒疹40.00%；6种皮肤病总有效率为100%。

结果 通过本组病人疗效观察痊愈+显效率分别为慢性湿疹89.28%，神经性皮炎93.75%，皮肤淀粉样变33.33%，脂溢性皮炎78.57%，接触性皮炎80.95%，结节性痒疹40.00%；6种皮肤病总有效率为100%。

Pruritus has recurred in 15 patients after a mean remission of 3 months.

15例患者痒疹的平均缓解三个月后又复发。
