156 cases of pediatric outpatients with ostium praeputiale stenostomia, smegma praeputii residual and acrobystia-balanus accretion collected from January of 2005 to October of 2007 were randomly divided into two groups, i.e. MEBO group and erythromyein ointment group. Both groups were treated with surgeries of ostium praeputiale distention, smegma praeputii clearance, and acrobystia-balanus syneehiolysis, and then post-surgery pain was compared by visual analongue cale in the three time periods after surgeries. The observation of recovery and aerobystia re-accretion was taken over the three months following visits post surgery.

2005年1月～2007年10月门诊156例包皮口狭窄、包皮垢残留及包皮龟头粘连症的儿童，随机分为湿润烧伤膏治疗组及红霉素软膏对照组，均采用包皮口扩张、包皮垢清除及包皮龟头粘连分离术治疗，术后疼痛采用视觉类比量表(Visual analongue cale， VAS)对两组术后3个时间段疼痛程度进行对比，对比痊愈情况，同时术后观察三个月，包皮是否再粘连。

Complications occurred in 6 cases, including 3 of ARDS, 1 of subphrenic abscess, leg compartment syndrome and skin necrosis respectively.

共发生并发症6例：呼吸窘迫综合征3例、膈下脓肿1例、小腿骨筋膜室综合征1例、小腿皮肤坏死1例，经相关治疗后均获痊愈。

Results:Postoperactive complications occurred in 13 cases,including biliary fistula in 6 cases,incision infection in 2,intestinal obstruction in 2,subphrenic abscess in 2, all the complications were cured by various treatment.

结果13例发生术后并发症，其中胆外瘘6例，切口感染3例，粘连性肠梗阻和膈下感染各2例。2例膈下感染分别经穿刺引流和手术引流治愈，另11例经非手术治疗痊愈。

Results Of 17 cases,14 recovered,1 became better and 2 unrecovered.

结果：14例二度以上压疮患者(17处)基本痊愈。
