Methods 104 patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups.in basis of routine therapy, patients in treatment group (n=56) were treated by yangxue qingnao granules,4 g,three times a day; patients in control group (n＝48) were treated by troxerutin, 3 pills a day.the course was 30 days in two groups.the indexes of hemorrheology and mca,aca,pca, va, ba and pi were observed before and after treatment.results there were significant differences between two groups in blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, mca,aca,pca,mca and pi after treatment (p.05).conclusion yangxue qingnao granules have definite effect on chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency, and decrease and hemorrheology in patients with ccci, relieve angiospasm and improve clinical symptoms.

将慢性脑供血不足患者104例随机分为2组。在常规治疗基础上治疗组56例加服养血清脑颗粒，每次4 g，每日3次口服。对照组48例在常规治疗基础上加服曲克芦丁，每次2片，每日3次口服。2组均30日为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，治疗前后血液流变学指标及大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉、左右椎动脉和基底动脉的搏动指数及阻力指数的变化。结果 2组治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度，mca、aca、pca的pi及mca的ri及总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。结论养血清脑颗粒治疗慢性脑供血不足疗效确切，能降低ccci患者的血液黏稠度及血液流变学指标，增加脑供血，缓解血管痉挛，改善临床症状，改善脑供血不足。

The NO content and the NOS activity were down in the PIH pregnant women placenta.This showed that the ghrelin regulated the VEGF and influenced the the NO down.And the placenta angiospasm,blood pressure highten, and the PIH were caused also by this. The ghrelin,VEGF,Flt-1,NO and NOS were detected by the SP-immunochemistry, RQ-PCR,cell culture in vitro,ASODN and nitrate reductase in the normal pregnancy,PIH placenta and the cultured HUVEC antisense blocking ghrelin in vitro.

结果证实：PIH孕妇胎盘组织中Ghrelin，VEGF、Flt-1蛋白和mRNA水平下降与正常孕妇比较有显著性差异p＜0.05提示在PIH发病过程中Ghrelin可能对VEGF，Flt-1蛋白和mRNA的表达具有下调作用，进而影响胎盘血管网的形成和发育；NO含量与NOS活力水平在PIH孕妇胎盘组织中下降，提示Ghrelin可能通过下调VEGF的表达进一步影响血管舒张因子NO水平下降，进而引起胎盘血管痉挛，血压升高，最终导致PIH的发生。

Results: Neonatal rats in hypoxic-ischemicgroup behaved restlessness, cyanosis, deep and rapid breath, astasia, lethargy, irritation and spasm; There were local pyknosis, fragmentation, dissymmetry, blur or disappearance of nucleoli, raritas of ground substance in left cerebral cortex; but there was no statistic significance in chinese traditional medicine group and sham group. The expression of HIF-1α mRNA in brain tissue of experimental group and chinese traditional medicine group were higher than that in sham group, especially chinese traditional medicine group at 3d; HIF-1α positive cells were found in cerebral cortex and hippocampus. There were more HIF-1α positive cells in experimental group and chinese traditional medicine group and mainly in vascular endothelial cells.

结果 缺氧缺血后大鼠相继表现为烦躁不安、全身发给、呼吸加深加快、站立不稳、嗜睡、激惹或间断发作的痉挛和抽搐；HE染色显示实验组大鼠左侧大脑皮层出现局灶性神经元核固缩，核碎裂，核仁偏位，不清或消失，基质疏松；中药组大鼠脑组织结构基本接近假手术组，无明显水肿和坏死表现；实验组和中药组大鼠脑组织HIF-1α mRNA表达较假手术组明显增加，尤其是中药组实验第3日者；免疫组化显示实验组和中药组各时间点大鼠大脑皮层和海马区均可见不同程度的HIF-1α表达，明显高于假手术组，阳性表达主要在血管内皮细胞，海马和皮层的锥体细胞亦有HIF-1α阳性细胞分布。
