Methods: Rat models of chronic renal failure were made by cut 5/6 kindney or fed with feedingstuff which contains adenine(0.75%) for 4 weeks. Experimental treatment was applied by giving Yi Shen Granule and the curative effect of Yi Shen Granule on ongoing pathological changes of CRF was studied. According to the data of CRF rats in weight, water wastage, hemanalysis(RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH), urinalysis(volume, specific gravity, pH, proteinuria), blood serum analysis(BUN、Cre、ALB、TP), kidney weight coefficient and kidney morphology ( the grade of expansile renal tubule and the diameter of glomerulus ),the pharmacological effect of Yi Shen Granule could be ascertained.
实验选用0.75%腺嘌呤饲喂法致大鼠慢性肾衰模型和5/6肾切除法致大鼠肾衰模型,考察益肾颗粒对慢性肾功能衰竭进行性病变的影响,以造模动物一般状况观察、血液学指标包括红细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、平均红细胞体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白(RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH),尿液指标(尿量、比重SG、pH值、尿蛋白)、血清生化学指标包括尿素氮、肌酐、白蛋白、总蛋白(BUN、Cre、ALB、TP)、脏器解剖和病理观察指标(肾小管扩张分级评分和肾小球径长)做为判定依据。

Through simulation of the real process of thomcolumbar burst fracture and use of modem dynamics techniques, the present study was (1) to investigate the kinetic relationship between structural damage and impact energy absorption and dynamics mechanism of thoracolumbar burst fracture by quantitative analysis of various injured segments;(2) to explore the instability mechanism of L1 vertebral burst fracture and its injury threshold by three-dimensional analysis of the injured segment with stereophotogrammetry in combination of transient physical parameters, anatomy and image;(3) to explore the corresponding relationships between impact energy, geometry parameters and biomechanics by geometry and biomechanical analysis of thoracolumbar burst fracture, which may provide an objective standard for evaluation of spinal injury severity and experimental evidence for adoption of biomechanical treatment in clinic;(4) to evaluate the fixation effect of different instruments and the effect of intervertebral bone graft on segment fixation by analysis of the threedimensional stability of different internal fixation instruments and their decompression of the spinal canal, which may provide experimental evidence for therapeutical selection for thoracolumbar burst fracture in future; and finally to investigate the effect of various instrument fixation on dynamical characteristics by comparison and quantitative analysis of frequency and amplitude responses, which may provide certain theories and experimental evidence for application of vibration test to judge the stability of the spine.
本研究从胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折发生的实际过程出发,以现代动力学检测及计算机多通道高性能数据采集分析系统等高新技术为基础,实时量化分析损伤节段的工程参数,揭示了结构破坏与能量吸收的变化规律,探讨了胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折的瞬态损伤机制;利用三维立体摄像技术,对不同损伤程度的节段进行三维运动分析,结合瞬态物理参数、影像学和病理解剖,明确了〓椎体爆裂骨折的失稳机制及损伤阈值;通过对胸腰椎爆裂骨折的几何学变化及生物力学分析,明确了撞击能量与几何参数、几何参数与生物力学的相应关系,为评判脊柱损伤程度提供了客观标准,为治疗中采取适宜的生物力学方法提供了实验依据;通过对比分析不同内固定器械的三维稳定性和对椎管的减压作用,评价不同器械的复位固定作用,同时比较椎体间植骨对节段固定作用的影响,为今后临床胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折的治疗选择提供依据;利用振动测试与分析技术,比较及量化分析了不同致伤状况的频幅响应特征,比较分析了各种器械固定对动力学特性的影响,为今后临床建立基于振动测试与分析技术判断脊柱稳定性的诊断方法,提供了一定的理论和实验依据。

目的 探讨混合性生殖细胞性索间质肿瘤(mixed germ cell sex cord stromal tumor,MGCSCST)伴恶性生殖细胞肿瘤变异型的临床病理特点及鉴别诊断。方法卵巢MGCSCST伴恶性生殖细胞肿瘤变异型的病例进行临床病理特征和免疫表型分析。结果患者生殖器的解剖结构和女性表型正常,染色体组型是46xx,足月妊娠。肿瘤组织由混合性生殖细胞和性索间质肿瘤构成,混合性生殖细胞有显著的恶性特征。瘤组织中没有典型的性腺母细胞瘤结构。结论 MGCSCST有复杂的形态结构,因此更多的取材和切片可以防止误诊,当肿瘤组织中的混合性生殖细胞有高度恶性变异时,患者预后不良。卵巢肿瘤;生殖细胞性索间质肿瘤;免疫组织化学

Methods: Integrated and disrepaired skins in the rats were smeared with Salicylic AcidPhenol Liniment by the maximum tolerated dose only. The toxic reaction of the animals were observed and recorded continuously from the beginning of using the drug to 7 days, and evaluated by using the general standard of the reaction of skin stimulation in pharmacology. Animals were executed by taking off acanthi and blood was collected to check up the periphery blood routine and serum biochemistry at the end of the observation of the rats. And after the dissection, the pathological change of main visceras, such as heart, brain, liver and kidney were observed with naked eye and pathological slices. The data of this experiment was used to calculate the value of LD50 by using Bliss rule.
观察大鼠完整皮肤及破损皮肤一次性涂抹最大耐受量的小儿水杨酸苯酚搽剂所产生的毒性反应情况,从给药0时起至7 d连续观察记录动物的急性毒性和45 d连续的长期毒性反应,以皮肤刺激反应标准进行评分作毒理等级评价;对存活动物在观察结束时进行高位脱椎处死采血检测外周血常规和血清生化,解剖后裸眼和病理切片观察心、脑、肝、肾等主要脏器的病理变化。

The rabbits were immobilized according to the standard of X_knife before CT scanning. The interrelation of the silica gel tube and bony structures was analyzed, a nerve segment was selected, which could be localized according to the related bony structures as irradiation target. A radiosurgery treatment planning was performed on the selected nerve segment, its changes of pathology and ultrastructure were observed. Results: Base on the dissection, the rabbits' sciatic nerve was composed of the seventh lumbar nerve and first and second sacral nerves.
