Objective: To study the clinical features of schwannoma in the genitourinary system.

目的：探讨泌尿生殖系神经鞘瘤的临床、影像学及病理特点。

Then the mice were killed in different time after given the medicine wine, and the wounded limbs were got follow the articular genua, and the limbs were put in the 10% formaldehyde solution to fix them, then the histopathologic sides were done, and the change in the tissue structure were observed in light microscope.

于给药后不同时段分别处死小鼠，然后沿膝关节部位剪取小鼠的击伤腿置于10 %甲醛溶液中固定，作病理组织切片，光镜下观察组织结构形态学变化评价，评价永康宁骨康宁药酒对小鼠击伤腿肿胀有无消肿作用。

Methods］Trichophyton mentagrophytes were scrubbed tightly on the back skin of guinea pigs,and the experimental animal models were set up .The ginger oleoresin gel were used in infective part,and alteration of skin lesions and pathologial changes were observed.

方法］ 采用砂纸造模法将须癣毛癣菌接种在豚鼠上，建立动物模型，观察药物对动物皮损的改变及病理改变。

Urine red blood cell count, 24 hour urine protein quantitation, serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were examined, the renal morphological changes under microscopy and ultrastructure under electron microscope were observed. immunofluorescence was applied to unveal the immunological damag on glomerule of kidney.

以 sd 大鼠为实验动物，通过一侧肾切除，反复尾静脉注射葡萄球菌肠毒素 b 的方法，制作 iga 大鼠肾病肾小球硬化模型。1 周后，同时予以鬼箭羽水煎液灌胃治疗为中药组，苯那普利为西药对照组，从而观察生化指标、病理改变。

Methods:35 cases of otic neoplasms confirmed by clinic and biopsy, including 16 cases of acoustic neuroma, 3 cases of facial nerve neuroma, 10 cases of glomus jugulare tumor, 3 cases of carcinoma of middle ear, 3 cases of congenital cholesteatoma.

35例经临床病理证实的耳部肿瘤，其中听神经瘤 16例，面神经瘤 3例，颈静脉球瘤 10例，中耳癌 3例，先天性胆脂瘤 3例，全部病例均行CT检查，根据需要部分病例行MRI检查。

Methods:35 cases of otic neoplasms confirmed by clinic and biopsy, including 16 cases of acoustic neuroma, 3 cases of facial nerve neuroma, 10 cases of glomus jugulare tumor, 3 cases of carcinoma of middle ear, 3 cases of congenital cholesteatoma. All cases had CT examination and some of them had MRI examination when needed.

35例经临床病理证实的耳部肿瘤，其中听神经瘤16例，面神经瘤3例，颈静脉球瘤10例，中耳癌3例，先天性胆脂瘤3例，全部病例均行CT检查，根据需要部分病例行MRI检查。

Materials and Methods:MRI findings of 183 cases with cranial nerve tumors including 135 acoustic nerve tumors,35 tregemimal nerve tumors, 3 olfactory nerve tumors, 3 optic nerve tumors, 3 hypoglossal nerve tumors, 2 vagus nerve tumors, 1 facial nerve tumor and 1 glossopharyngeal nerve tumor verified by operation and pathology were analyzed. Results: Of the cranial nerve tumors,177 were benign tumors,6 were malignant tumors.

材料和方法：收集了183例资料完整，均经手术和病理证实的脑神经肿瘤病例，其中嗅神经肿瘤3例，视神经肿瘤3例，三叉神经肿瘤35例，面神经肿瘤1例，听神经肿瘤135例，迷走神经肿瘤2例，舌咽神经肿瘤1例，舌下神经肿瘤3例。

Results : No pus and pathological inflammation were observed on mice vagina mucus treated with 1 mg/ml PI-IgG 3 hours before gonococcus challenge.

而低于浓度1mg／ml及长于3h兔抗PI-IgG处理的小鼠阴道组织病理可检及炎症细胞，但其它检查结果阴性。

Pathological inflammation was found in mice treated with anti PI-IgG, in which the concentrations were lower than 1 mg/mi or the treated time was longer than 3 hours prior to gonococcus challenge.

而低于浓度1mg/ml及长于3h兔抗PI-IgG处理的小鼠阴道组织病理可检及炎症细胞，但其它检查结果阴性。

结果白头翁提取物能明显降低肝损伤小鼠的血清ALT，AST和肝匀浆MDA含量，肝匀浆XOD活性，提高GSH活性，肝组织病理变化明显减轻。
