Since 1991, the teaching group of veterinary pathology in Inner Mongolia Agricultural University have accomplished 3 research subjects supported by the National foundation of science and technology. In the process of research, a local AEV strain, the AVE-NH937 strain, was isolated and established. The detailed pathological lesions and the dynamic location of AEV in natural and experimental cases of chicken, chickling and embryos were reported.

全世界和我国的科学工作者对本病进行了广泛的研究，内蒙古农业大学兽医病理学科自1991年，连续3次获得国家自然科学基金委员会的资助，分离并建立了AEV-NH937株，系统描述了自然病例和人工感染的成年鸡、雏鸡、鸡胚的病理变化，人工感染后AEV在鸡体内的动态分布，并制备出琼扩抗原和灭活油乳剂疫苗用于临床检测和预防，取得了重要研究成果。

For raising the accuracy of the diagnasis ancl treatinemt of ALH We realised of 86 patients with diagnosis of Autoimmune liver disease, strictly defined by the criteria for diagnosis of autoimmune hepatitis or the results of liver histology, and tested its biochemical, serological, histological results. AIH patients were main women female 75 cases, male 11 cases, main in 40 - 60 years old ,AIH characterized by a flare of ALT, AST, elevated immunoglobulin G,γ-immunoglobulin: ALP, IgG, and presence of antinuclear antibody (81.5%); moderate or severe periportal or periseptal lymphocytic piecemeal necrosis.

为提高对自身免疫性肝炎的诊治水平，采用国际自身免疫性肝炎小组新修订的描述性诊断标准和计分系统，对符合诊断的患者进行临床、生化、病理特点分析。86例AIH患者，女75例，男11例，高发年龄为40～60岁，其中Ⅰ型80例(93.020k)，Ⅱ型3例(3.49％)；Ⅲ型3例(3.49％)；肝功能生化检查表现为肝炎样改变；实验室检查主要表现为高γ球蛋白血症，高IgG、ALP、γ-GT及甘油三酯增高，81.5％患者抗核抗体阳性：病理改变以界板性肝炎，浆细胞浸润为主，78％的患者对免疫抑制剂治疗效佳。

This indicates that the development of pathologic diagnosis has promotive significance to modern medicine.

说明病理诊断的发展对现代医学具有很大的推动作用，并同时提出病理误诊的原因、后果及减少误诊的措施。

Model of animals were established by putting rats in a container with slippy inner wall and half-full of water in it, letting them swimming freely till died of being drowned. Each rat from different groups was killed by breaking its neck except drowning group, then BW and SO_2 was detected, and its chest was cut open rapidly, lung was taken out and weight was measured accurately to count lung coefficient. Its lung appearance was observed and lung tissue was fixed with formalin, which was made into pathology slices with HE staining, and pathology change of the lung tissue was observed;Expression of IL-8 and IL-10 in lung tissue was detected with Immunocytochemistry, and correlation between them was analyzed .

动物模型制作采用将大鼠放入盛有黄河水的内壁光滑的容器内，让其自由泳动自然溺死，除溺水致死组外，各组动物分别在规定的时间点断头处死，行体重和血氧饱和度等指标检测，并在冰盘中迅速开胸取肺，准确称重以计算肺系数，观察各组大鼠肺脏外观，取肺组织福尔马林固定，制成病理切片HE染色，光镜下观察肺组织病理改变；用免疫组化的方法检测肺内IL-8、IL-10的表达，并对其相关性进行分析研究。

Materials and methods: The lung preparation of 6 SARS death patient (died in 9,14,20,29,33,38d) and 6 macaque model (killed in 7,12,14,14, 32, 35d)were objects. Pathological changes, collagen fibers, lattice fibers, elastic fibers, collagen I and III in lungs and fine structure changes were studied by routine H.E dyeing, trigeminy dyeing, trinitrophenol- sirius red staining and polarization microscope, electron microscope and image analysis. Expression of Vimentin、 TGFβ_1、 TNF α、 IL-1β and MMP-2 were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:1. Pathological changes of SARS death patient.

材料与方法：以6例SARS死亡患者(分别于发病后9、14、20、29、33、38d死亡)和6只猕猴实验模型(分别于染毒后7、12、14、14、32、35d活杀取材)肺标本为对象，应用H.E染色、三联染色、苦味酸-天狼猩红-偏振光法、电镜和图像分析等技术，对比性观察SARS肺组织病理变化和纤维化的病理过程、胶原纤维、网状纤维和弹力纤维的变化特点、Ⅰ型与Ⅲ型胶原纤维的数量和分布规律，旨在探讨SARS肺纤维化的病变经历过程及特点；利用免疫组织化学和形态计量学技术检测SARS死亡患者肺脏的Vimentin、TGFβ_1、TNFα、IL-1β和MMP-2等与炎症反应和纤维化相关活性因子，探讨其发病机制。

Methods: Integrated and disrepaired skins in the rats were smeared with Salicylic AcidPhenol Liniment by the maximum tolerated dose only. The toxic reaction of the animals were observed and recorded continuously from the beginning of using the drug to 7 days, and evaluated by using the general standard of the reaction of skin stimulation in pharmacology. Animals were executed by taking off acanthi and blood was collected to check up the periphery blood routine and serum biochemistry at the end of the observation of the rats. And after the dissection, the pathological change of main visceras, such as heart, brain, liver and kidney were observed with naked eye and pathological slices. The data of this experiment was used to calculate the value of LD50 by using Bliss rule.

观察大鼠完整皮肤及破损皮肤一次性涂抹最大耐受量的小儿水杨酸苯酚搽剂所产生的毒性反应情况，从给药0时起至7 d连续观察记录动物的急性毒性和45 d连续的长期毒性反应，以皮肤刺激反应标准进行评分作毒理等级评价；对存活动物在观察结束时进行高位脱椎处死采血检测外周血常规和血清生化，解剖后裸眼和病理切片观察心、脑、肝、肾等主要脏器的病理变化。

In this study, CT chest examination, post-operative pathological examination, aspirating hydrothorax, cytological examination, fiberbronchoscope and biopsy were used to confirm 154 patients with lung of cancer.

收集154例经胸部CT检查、手术病理检查、抽胸水作细胞学检查、纤维支气管镜检查及取活检等方法确诊为肺癌的病例，着重研究这些肺癌的CT表现及相应的病理基础，并且对这些肺癌的不同表现进行分类。

In this study, CT chest examination, post-operative pathological examination, aspirating hydrothorax, cytological examination, fiberbronchoscope and biopsy were used to confirm 154 patients with lung of cancer. The CT expression and its correspondend pathological base were paied attention to, and these different expressions were categorized.

通过对两种不同免疫病理过程的临床活动期自身免疫性疾病，系统性硬化症和类风湿性关节炎病人血清的抗内耳抗体检测结果和临床资料分析，并与AISNHL的免疫学检测结果比较，发现免疫病理损害严重、免疫学改变明显、血清自身抗体出现率高的SSC中抗内耳抗体阳性率高，表现为多条阳性条带联合出现的特点。
