To explore effect of copper on MPTP in liver cell, performance, blood index, hepatic function, growth hormone and histopathological change, copper sulfate, copper methionine and tribasic copper chloride had been used in this experiment, level of copper was 11mg/kg in control group, the three levels of each copper sulfate, copper methionene and TBCC added to the basas diet were 110mg/kg, 220mg/kg and 330mg/kg copper in experimental groups.

为了全面了解肉鸡饲料中铜元素对其肝细胞线粒体膜通透性转变孔、生产性能、血常规、肝功能、生长激素以及组织病理学变化的影响，本试验选用：硫酸铜、蛋氨酸铜、三碱基氯化铜作为铜源，基础日粮对照组饲料铜含量为Feedstuff推荐的11mg/kg，三个试验高铜组分别为：110mg/kg、220mg/kg、330mg/kg.360羽1日龄AA商品代肉鸡随机分为12组，每组30羽。
