OECs suspension was infused into the lateral cerebral ventriculus of EAE rats, and the saline with the same quantity was infused in pseudo-operation group. Afterwards, motor-function grade, histo-pathological change and expression of apoptosis of neuron were observed.

培养、纯化OECs后，移植组将OECs悬液注入EAE大鼠的侧脑室；假手术组按以上方法注入等量生理盐水；观察二组大鼠运动功能评分、组织病理学变化以及神经元细胞凋亡表达情况。
