Objective To study clinical and pathologic features of solitary necrotic nodule of the liver by fine needle aspiration biopsy.

Polymarase Chain Reaction may be the better method of detecting M.tuberculosis than other methods and lead us to carry out a series of research on this problem. This thesis is composed of five parts:(1)systematic evaluation for the first time of the ability of five defferent PCR methods to detect M. tuberculosis;(2) using the endonuclease and southern blot by a radioactive and a nonradioactive labeled probe, to confirm the specificity of the PCR products and to analyse the sensitivity of detection by southern blot method using digoxigenin-labeled probe;(3) evaluation of acid-fast staining, bacterial culture and PCR for the detection of M. tuberculosis in sputum, pleural and peritoneal effusion samples;(4) The feasibility of PCR for detection of M tuberculosis on formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissues;(5) 26 cases of sarcoidosis were retrospectively studiedwith PCR for M. tuberculosis and nontuberculosis Mycobacterium and the problems on histopatholoical diagnosis of sarcoidosis are discussed.

论文共分为五个部分，(1)首次系统地比较了五种不同引物序列的PCR检测结核杆菌方法的特异性和敏感性等情况；(2)利用限制性内切酶酶切分析和同位素及非同位素标记DNA探针进行Southern杂交的办法，分析PCR产物的序列与原设计是否相符及杂交检测PCR产物对提高检测结核杆菌敏感性的情况；(3)并对PCR用于快速检测临床标本中的结核杆菌进行了初步评价；(4)探讨了PCR用于检测石蜡包埋组织中结核杆菌的作用；(5)并利用PCR检测结核杆菌和非结核分枝杆菌的方法对26例原病理诊断为结节病的病例进行了PCR检测及组织病理学诊断的探讨。

Primary operation cases of parotid pleomorphic adenoma have more proliferative activity of Ki-67 than nonrecurrent group, less than group of low grade malignant parotid gland tumors. Partial parotidectomy is still suitable for primary operation cases of parotid pleomorphic adenoma.

腮腺多形性腺瘤手术复发前者Ki-67增殖活性高于未复发者，但与低度恶性腮腺肿瘤比较，其增殖活性明显不同，因此手术方式仍可选择腮腺部分切除术，但应结合其组织病理学和增殖活跃的特点，加强术后随访。

In treatment group, there was no progressive necrosis in stasis zone, and at 24 h post injury, capillary dilation, cell edema and inflammatory infiltration were lessened significantly. In control group, 2 wounds had progressive necrosis (accounted for 10% of the total). Cell edema, inflammatory infiltration and capillary thrombosis were serious, Until 72 hr post injury, cell edema did not subside and necrosis of the dermis worsened. 2. Pathological assessment of the stasis zone tissue: As compared with that in control group, in treatment group the dermis structure in stasis zone was intact and the collagenous fiber bundle was normal.

结果：①创面细胞形态学改变：伤后8h毛细血管扩张、细胞水肿，炎性浸润最明显；治疗组中央淤滞区无进行性坏死，伤后24h后毛细血管扩张、细胞水肿、炎性浸润减轻；对照组2个创面呈进行性坏死（占10%），中央淤滞区细胞水肿、炎性浸润明显，毛细血管血栓形成，伤后72h水肿仍明显，真皮坏死加重；②淤滞区组织病理学评分：治疗组与对照组相比，治疗侧淤滞区的表皮结构相对完整、胶原纤维束相对正常，粒细胞浸润小于5个/400倍视野。
