三、纤维支气管镜检查所有患者经纤维支气管镜检查前均查痰找抗酸杆菌1~3次，除2例痰菌阳性外，余为阴性；在纤维支气管镜直视下观察气管、支气管及各肺段、支气管黏膜，经取活检、刷检做病理细胞学检查及细菌学检查；以支气管内膜异常并经病理组织为结核病变或结核菌涂片阳性诊断支气管内膜结核。
