分别行HE染色、Verhoeff弹性纤维染色观察组织病理变化，计算机病理图象分析系统测量新生内膜厚度及面积，免疫组织化学方法检测静脉壁增殖细胞核抗原表达以观察细胞增殖情况，半定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应检测静脉壁基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)mRNA的表达，明胶酶谱法检测MMP-2、MMP-9活性，比较各组之间的差别。

The patients with the same results by WS and RUT were regarded as chronic gastritis. In this patient, we analyzed the specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of 13CUBT.

取40例因上腹部症状而行胃镜检查的患者胃窦粘膜活检，分别行Wartin-Stany银染色、快速尿素酶实验、13C尿素呼气试验（13CUBT），并同时行病理组织学诊断；将WS和RUT结果相一致且病理结果为慢性胃炎的病例入选，分析13C尿素呼气试验（13CUBT）诊断慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌感染的特异性、敏感性、准确性。

Objective To observe the characteristics of growth and pathology of G3 transitional cell carcinoma of urinary bladder.
