结果：我们认为分4型较好，1）稀少型，累计病灶内碘油沉积面积少于30%者列为稀少型，不再细分，并尽快改用其它的治疗肝癌的方法，因为，这型的TACE治疗效果不佳，不必第二次用TACE，再去分型也就没有实际意义了。2）均匀型，整个病灶均匀摄取碘油。3）缺损型，包括环型和某一区域沉积等情况。4）簇集型，碘油呈小簇状分散型分布，但肿瘤内碘油潴留累计不少于30%。
