Objective To discuss the methods and effects of the treatment under endoscope and the courses of massive hemorrhage of upper digestive tract after gastrectomy and esophagectomy.Methods Emergency endoscope ex-amination were carried out in20massive hemorrhage clients after gastrectomy and esophagectomy,after exposed and washed the bleeding part by cold0.9%NS,1∶10000adrenaline and hypertonic saline were injected in perifocal sub-mucosa.After stop bleeding and before move back the endoscope,spray some YunNanBaiYao and thrombase in the bleeding part to prevent secondary hemoorahge.

目的 探讨食管、胃切除术后上消化道出血的原因及内镜下治疗的方法、效果方法对食管、胃切除术后引起大出血的患者行急症内镜检查，用冰冻生理盐水100ml+去甲肾上腺素8mg反复冲洗，暴露出血部位后在病灶周围黏膜下注射1∶10000肾上腺素及高渗盐水，无出血后，退镜于出血部位喷洒云南白药及凝血酶，防止再次出血。

No significant complications developed related to embolization, except that 1 patient had transient eyesight decrease after embolization of thyrocervical trunk and 2 patients had chest pain after embolization of intercostal artery which resovled without any treatment.

结论介入栓塞治疗咯血患者时，应尽可能寻找所有病变血管，即使在成功栓塞确切病变支气管动脉后，仍应考虑到体循环动脉参与病灶供血的可能性。

Methods To analyze 28 cases with thyroglossal duct cyst and fistula (7 cases of recurrence after operation). The infected cases were treated with antibiotic first before operation, and judged the relationship between thyroglossal duct cyst and hyoid bone exactly through checking and sonography, and then to deal with hyoid bone. First, we should inject methylthioninium chloride in the auditory tube to trace one day before the operation or during the operation, with Sistruk operation, and separate the little branches during operation, handling the focus of infection with radio frequency and microwave or armillary transfixion and so on.

回顾分析28例甲状舌管囊肿病例（含7例术后复发者），术前感染病例先行抗炎治疗，通过查体及B超检查，准确判定甲状舌管囊肿与舌骨关系，处理舌骨；术前一天或术中先注亚甲蓝液入囊管内示踪，行Sistruk术式，仔细分离分支，手指触诊疑为残存病灶处，行环形缝扎或射频、微波等处理。
