45例中，单个病灶5例， 2个病灶者3例， 3个及3个以上病灶者37例，分别占11%、 7%和82%。

Results: Typical DNT was located in cortical or subcortical white matter, with cystic or semiliquid structures. On MR images appeared as lesions with inhomogeneous signal intensities, consistent MR feature in all cases were the presence of one or multiple areas of moderately or markedly reduced T1-signal and markedly or moderately increased T2-signal, with moderate enhancement.

结果：典型的DNT位于皮层或主要位于皮层区，肿瘤以囊性成分为主、病灶在T1WI为低信号，T1WI为高信号，其ADC值增高，FLAIR序列上病灶边缘和分隔为高信号改变，增强扫描病灶实质结节或分隔可见轻度强化。

Results 10 cases of single tumor,2 cases of double tumors in one kidney; one of them is mergering subcapsular hematoma,and the other is mergering subcapsular and retroperitoneal.

结果：168例痰菌阳性初治的结核病患者，根据ppd试验的结果分为阴性组，阳性组，强阳性组。经过6个月抗痨治疗后，ⅰ组痰菌转阴率为76.92%，平均转阴时间为12.46周，病人疗程结束时，肺内病灶x线吸收占61.54%；ⅱ组痰菌转阴率为94.79%，平均转阴时间为5.0周，病人疗程结束时，肺内病灶x线吸收占86.46%；ⅲ组痰菌转阴率为100%，平均转阴时间为3.0周，病人疗程结束时，肺内病灶x线吸收占100%。

Fifteen focal lesions in 9 cases, whose junctional tone was limitedly thickened, were oval, irrenular or round masses with hypointensity which were the same as the intensity of JZ on T2WI. Eight of them had hyperintensive foci within the hypointensive and 6 of the 8 also presented hyperintensive on T1WI. All the cases showed enlargement of uterus, and the cases with myoma of uterus showed bulginess on the outline.
