结果 ：复方地龙胶囊能改善缺血引起的组织损伤，促进其梗死病灶的修复，能增加脑内血流量和减少其血管阻力，降低血小板的粘附率和延长体内血栓形成时间等。

Result: Appearing rate of case in the group is examined 100%; TNM phased rate of accuracy is 91%; it is 95% to assess accuracy before the operation; the examining out rate of lymph gland is 96%; the rate of accuracy is 100%, the same as operation result.

结果：本组病例病灶检出率100％，TNM分期准确率为91％，术前评估准确性为95％，淋巴结检出率为96％，准确率为100％，与手术结果相同。

Results: In 13 cases with leukoencephalopathy, 11 cases had diffusive even lesions of SCC, 2 cases had thin banding marginate lesions at the back part of splenium. The brain lesions of leukoencephalopathy were symmetric, 4 cases didn't show any change in follow-up MRI examination.

结果：脑白质病(n=13)中11例MRI呈弥漫均匀形SCC灶，2例为边缘薄带形SCC灶，脑内病灶均为均匀、连续、对称分布，4例MRI复查未见明显变化。

乳突根治术失败原因主要是术者中耳乳突解剖不熟、基本功不过硬、临床经验不足导致病灶残留、引流不畅和乳突尖开放不够及某些特殊情况所致。

Causes of failure of mastoidectomy include unfamiliarity with regional anatomy,absence of skill of surgeons,unadequate opening of mastoidale,and clinical experiences.Each of these can result in residual lesion and inadequate drainage.Some exceptions can also result in reoperation.
