Amyloidosis cutis dyschromica is a rare distinct type of primary cutaneous amyloidosis characterized by the presence of widespread hypopigmented as well as hyperpigmented macules. We herein report a 25-year-old male showing diffuse hyperpigmentation as with hypopigmented spots over his whole body but sparing his lace, hands and feet from the age of 8 years.

色素异常性皮肤淀粉样变性症是原发性皮肤淀粉样变性症的一个罕见而独特的亚型，其特徵是在皮肤出现广泛的色素沉著及色素脱失的斑点；我们在此报告一位25岁男性自八岁起在全身皮肤出现广泛的色素沉著及色素脱失约斑点，病灶并未侵犯其脸部、手掌、及脚掌。

Initial treatment includes transurethral resection of bladder tumor -- that is, resection of the suspicious lesion done through the cystoscope.

初始处理措施包括经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术，即在膀胱镜下对可疑病灶进行切除。

Results Bladder tumors were observed in all the 15 patients including 2 missed on fiberoptic cystoscopy.

结果 15例均示膀胱肿瘤，其中2例病灶位于纤维膀胱镜检的盲区。

Results 4 cases were treated by thoracic close drainage as long term treatment; 6 cases were cured with exclusive thoracic close drainage; 123 cases of bronchopleural fistula were treated with decortication or thoracoplasty after their symptoms of ardent fever, cough and expectoration vanished due to drainage ; 23 cases of hronchopleural fistula were treated with thoracic close drainage, cleaning up focus of infectionrestoring fistulae-splanchnic wall decortication and repeated chest drainage ,4 cases were cured and the extent of operation and thoracic deformity in 19 cases were diminished.

结果 4例不能耐受进一步手术者采用闭式引流术作为永久性的治疗；6例单纯引流治愈；123例因支气管胸膜瘘等经引流后高热、咳嗽、咳痰等症状消失，择期行胸膜纤维板剥脱术或胸廓成形术；23例合并支气管胸膜瘘拟行胸廓成形术的患者，经引流、病灶清除-瘘修补-脏层纤维板剥脱术、再引流，4例治愈，19例减小了手术范围及胸廓畸形的程度。

Local recurrences mainly occurred in the nasopharyngeal cavity and the skull base bone. Dosimetric analysis showed 9 cases of in-field failure, 4 cases of marginal failure, and 2 cases of out-field failure. For the 6 cases of marginal and out-field failure, the main reasons of recurrence were low dose area in target volume due to not strictly following the guidelines of defining field limit, or inappropriately estimating the involved regions of lesions.

局部复发的主要部位为鼻咽腔、颅底骨质；局部复发灶和照射野模拟剂量学分析发现野内复发9例，边缘复发4例，野外复发2例。6例边缘和野外复发的患者，经过进一步分析发现复发与未严格遵循常规设野原则或对病灶范围判断失误造成不适当的照射野边界导致靶区出现低剂量区有关。

Results the basic CT features of 102 patients with Peripheral lung adenocarcinomas were as follows:vacuole or air bronchogra charging sign was found in which as were seen in 24 cases (80%) in high differential adenocarcinoma and were seen in 10 cases (30.3%) in moderate differential adenocarcinoma but not seen in low differential ones, spiculation sign in 73(71.5%). spiculate protulerance sign in 52 (50.9%). lobulation sign in 79(77.4%), pleural in dentation sign in 65(63.7%), vessel convergenoe sign in 69 cases(67.6%), and calcification inside the lesion was 31 cases. 67 cases had more then three basic CT signs mentioned above.

结果 102例周围型肺腺癌的主要CT分析征象是：空气支气管征或空泡征、高分化腺癌24例（80％）、中分化腺癌10例（30.3％）、低分化腺癌无此征、毛刺征73例、棘突征52例、分叶征79例、胸膜凹陷征65例、血管集束征69例、病灶内钙化31例，其中67例出现上述三种以上征象。

The results suggested: Kexuangao Ⅲ had different degree antifungal activity on kinds of experimental pathogenic fungi. Inoculated trichophyton mentagrophytes in back skin of guinea pig, made experimental dermatophytosis model, then painted Kexuangao Ⅲ on focal body, Kexuangao Ⅲ had better treatment effect on guinea pig experimental dermatophytosis.

结果表明：在试管内，克癣青3号对供试的多种病原性真菌均有不同程度的抗菌活性；把石青样毛癣菌接种到豚鼠背部皮肤上，造成实验性体癣模型，再在病灶部位外涂克癣青3号，其对豚鼠实验性体癣也有较好的治疗效果。
