A virus strain was isolated from the arthrosis of broiler chickens.The virus was shown to have spherical particles with isometric symmetry,no envelope,double deck capsids,with outer capsid of 75nm,inner one of 50nm in diameter by electron microscopy.The virus was not sensitive to aether,acid and heat.The virus could multiply on the chick embryo fibroblastcell,and could cause syncytial pathologic change with the appearance of cytoplasm inclusion bodies.The challenged chickens of one-day old by nasal,oral,intramuscular and pulvillus injection displayed obvious clinical symptom of severe arthritis and accompanied with pathological changes of malabsorption and necrosis.Meanwhile,four avian reovirus isolates CL,S1133,YH and YB were examined in the cross-neutralization test.

从临床患病鸡关节病料中分离到一株病毒，在电镜下观察到病毒粒子无囊膜，有双层衣壳，外衣壳直径约75nm，内核约50nm；分离病毒株对酸、热有较强的抵抗力，对乙醚不敏感；病毒感染鸡胚成纤维细胞上能产生以融合细胞为特征的CPE；爪垫接种1日龄雏鸡表现出明显的病毒性关节炎临床症状，并伴有吸收障碍型和坏死型的病理变化；血清中和交叉试验表明，该病毒分离株与国内的2株番鸭源呼肠孤病毒分离株和国外S1133呈不同程度的交叉反应。

Purified virus was observed by Electron microscopic,we finded the average size of the isolated virus was 70~80 nm,rotundity ,without viral envelope. The result showed that isolated virus was porcine circovirus.

将病毒纯化后进行电镜观察，病毒粒子直径约17nm，圆形，无囊膜，研究结果表明分离的病毒为猪圆环病毒。

According to the tesults of Virus Physical and Chemical Character Detection, Agar Diffusion Reaction and Virion Shape Electron Microscope Observation, it was affirmed that the virion which was isolated from the tri-combinant vaccine was feline panleukopenia virus .

本研究从猫瘟热病毒、猫鼻气管炎病毒、猫鼻结膜炎病毒三联弱毒活疫苗中分离猫瘟热病毒弱毒株，通过对分离株进行病毒理化特性检测、双向琼脂扩散试验检测和病毒粒子形态电镜观察，最终确认从三联弱毒疫苗中分离到猫瘟热病毒，并以此分离株作为诊断抗原。

Four field strains of infectious bronchitis viruswere isolated from chicken kidney, trachea and lung of the young layer flocks in some regions of Shaanxi province. Biological characterizations of the virus were investigated by virus pathogenicity to chicken embryo and healthy chickens, hemagglutination test, hemagglutination inhibition test, dwarfing embryonated chicken eggs, electron microscopy and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. It demonstrated that allantoic fluid of each passage virus could hemagglutinate chicken red blood cells by treatment with 1% trypsin. The standard positive serum to IBV could inhibited the hemagglutination. The isolates could make respiratory and kidney diseases in chickens.

采集陕西省宝鸡市、扶风县、兴平市和榆林市等地鸡场疑似传染性支气管炎发病鸡病料，通过9～11 日龄非免疫鸡胚进行了病毒的实验室分离和传代，并对分离毒株进行了病毒的血凝性、血凝抑制性、致病性、鸡胚矮小化、电镜特征等生物学特性鉴定，结果表明，4 株分离株经1%胰酶处理后的各代病毒尿囊液均可凝集鸡红细胞，标准阳性血清可特异性的抑制其凝集性，回归试验可复制出与自然发病相同的病例，病毒传代物有明显的致鸡胚矮小化作用，透射电镜下可见有近似球形、直径100 nm左右的冠状病毒粒子，将分离鉴定的4 株IBV 定名为BJ-04、FF-04、XP-03 和YL-04。

A new picorna-like virus was isolated from dead Evtropis oblique larvae deceased from NPV infection. Electron microscopic observations of purified virions were non-enveloped isometric particles with diameter of 26nm. The virions contain two capsid proteins: 31.5kDa and 28.8kDa, the amount of later is 2.5 times more than that of the former. Analysis of 3′terminal sequence of EoPV clone identified that it can encode RdRp and has eight conserved motifs. Homology analysis shows that it is closely related to Perina nuda picorna-like virus.

从核型多角体病毒感染致死的茶尺蠖幼虫尸体中分离到一株微小RNA病毒透射电镜观察纯化的病毒粒子为无囊膜、无表面特征、直径约26nm的球状颗粒。16%的SDS-PAGE显示它有两个分子量为31.5 kDa和28.8 kDa的衣壳蛋白，后者的含量是前者的2.5倍。3′端克隆序列分析表明EoPV基因组3′有poly尾，编码RNA聚合酶，含有微小RNA病毒RNA聚合酶的八个保守基序，同源性分析表明它与榕透翅毒蛾微小RNA病毒亲缘关系最近。
