治疗前均有双下肢等皮下出血点瘀斑，尿常规不同程度的改变。1·2诊断依据：①肾外表现：有HSP病史，皮下有出血点和瘀斑，以双下肢伸侧多见，常又对称分布，大小不等，呈紫红色，压之不褪色，高于皮肤，。。。
