Results Of the 52 specimens, 38 were located in the ciliary body (73.1%), and 14 lesions involved the iris (26.9%). According to the results of histogenetic classification, the tumors of ciliary sensory epithelium were ranked the first place (20 cases, 38.5%) while malignant melanoma, the second one (14 cases, 26.9%) followed by melanocytoma (9 cases, 17.3%) and granulomatous lesions (5 cases, 9.6%).

结果 52例组织标本按解剖部位分类：位于睫状体病变38例（73.1%），原发于睫状体累及虹膜组织14例（26.9%）；按组织来源分类：占第1位者为睫状体神经上皮来源的肿瘤20例（38.5%），第2位者为恶性黑色素瘤14例（26.9%），第3和第4位者分别为黑色素细胞瘤9例（17.3%）和肉芽肿性炎性病变5例（9.6%）。

RESULTS Pe-ripheral whole blood cells of this experimental rabbit re-duced,and by PCR,no donor's cell was found,and slight defective profileration of marrow occurred;the pathologic re-sults showed that its pathological processes mainly occurred in its skin and were all slighter than homogenic GVHD,and there was no obvious difference in the invaded regions be-tween heterogenic and homogenic GVHD.

Methods Rabbits were randomized to three groups. Complex model group were fed with feed containing 0.5% cholesterol for 3 weeks. At the fourth, eighth and twelfth weeks, rabbits were given injection of lipopolysaccharide (1 μg) at auricular artery, cervical part and fold inguen, respectively. Normal group were fed with normal diet, while High cholesterol group were fed with feed confaining 0.5% cholesterol only. After 16 weeks, vascular tissues were analyzed using morphometric and histological methods, and the sera were checked for cholesterol, LDL-C, C-reaction protein and tumor necrosis factor-α. Results The cholesterol and LDL-C of High cholesterol group were increased, compared to those of normal group.
