In PsNPV infected treatment, the color of the gland was purple-black dyed with eosin and the cells were distortedly squeezed together. The tracheae nearby showed grievous pathological changes and a lot of white granules deposited around it. The pathological changes in PsGV infected treatment showed another pattern. The gland body was relative small with smaller individual cells, most of which were red dyed with eosin. The cell limits were obscure.In coinfected treatment,there were few gland cells colorated by esoin.

结果表明，不同感染组粘虫前胸腺腺体都有不同程度的组织病变，PsNPV感染组在感染晚期与前胸腺相连的气管严重病变，出现大量白色颗粒状物累积，被伊红染成紫黑色，腺体细胞被挤压变形；PsGV感染组的前胸腺腺体变小，单个细胞也小，细胞界限不十分明显；两种病毒混合感染组的腺体细胞小，能被伊红染色的细胞极少。

The mean birth weight and gestational age was (1256.3±196.8) g and (29.583 3±1.543 6) weeks in ROP group, and (1337.8±146) g and (31.217 4±2.430 6) weeks in control group, respectively. In 39 ecdemic infants, 32 were found with ROP (82.1%, 1 with mild and 31 with severe ROP) while in 91 local infants, 28 were found with ROP (30.8%, 15 with mild and 13 with severe ROP).

METHODS:Forty cases of traumatic optic neuropathy were analyzed retrospectively. Univariate analysis (Chi-square test) and logistic regression were performed to filter the risk factors to the visual prognosis of traumatic optic neuropathy. 回顾分析40例外伤性视神经病变患者的临床资料，将伤后2d内是否接受激素治疗，伤后有无光感，有无意识障碍，是否有额颞部受伤，有无眶内积血和或眼眶骨折，患者年龄，是否合并其它眼外伤及是否有蝶、筛窦积血等8个变量纳入研究，通过单因素分析（χ 2检验）和多因素分析（Logistic回归分析），筛选出影响外伤性视神经病变视力预后的危险因素。

Correct diagnosis were made in 34 malignancies and 6 false positive lesions were excluded based on moiphology and 18F-FDG uptake status of the lesion. There were 6 false positive and 2 false negative cases.
